“Nice plaza. The free showers are a plus. Cameras are everywhere, and they also have a security guard on site. Lady drivers should feel very secure. The showers are small but kept clean. Overall, this plaza is a very nice place to stop for a break, or you can do a 34-hour reset comfortably.”
“Can’t say enough good things about this store. Clean, well organized, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. When I had a nosebleed in the store, staff jumped to my assistance without hesitation, finding a chair and rolls of paper towels. They stood by to make sure I was ok. I also want to give a big shout out to other shoppers, who showed concern and tried to help. This is by far the best Costco in any area we’ve shopped in.”

“I always enjoy my trips to the Costco in Boston Heights. The atmosphere is consistently pleasant and welcoming. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need.
One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the excellent customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I've had to return items several times, and the process has always been hassle-free. Costco's return policy is generous, and the staff is accommodating.

“Speedy's has the best chicken ever! And a lot of other dishes like Mac and cheese jo joes etc. They also have amazing pre made salads etc. To top it off a freezer just for cups with ice in them. Go check them out”
“We had a gas gift card to Exxon. The staff were kind and patient explaining how to use the card. The interior was not pristine, and I would not purchase anything of the items. But the exterior was free of debris. There was no waiting in line.”

I said some negative things about this store I've never been to Ohio and we stopped at two different stores and I miss spoke when I said true north I apologize to true north and all their staff,for putting a negative light on their store. I had no issues at the store I had no problems .very friendly staff ,professionalism,no issues so I apologize for anyone who read my previous post”

“The station was like new. The pumps and touch monitor was clear and totally functional. The hold and release on nozzle worked. Gas prices were a little higher than average. I had a gift card and worked at the pump with no problems.”
“I rarely double back with mechanics. You know how you get one thing fixed and next week or so something else breaks down. And you start to wonder if the mechanic did it? This is the first time in a while I went to a mechanic and didn’t have that happen to me. Been riding smooth. I’m doubling back for upgrades. NOTHING THAT NEED TO BE DONE! Upgrades I want to be done.”

“Steve is the man! He has worked on my ‘79 B and my brothers ‘75 Stingray. Both went in on flatbeds, but he was able to identify the problems quickly and have both cars back out the door in record time running great. Not only was his turnaround great, but he’s honest about his time and the problems with the vehicle. No over diagnosing, and no up charging, he just fixes the problems and sends you on your way. “I didn't actually go into the Sunoco. The bus stop happens to be across the street from it. But I have been in this Sunoco before the COVID lockdown. Two different times I went in and the gentleman behind the counter was very rude and treated me like an idiot. Therefore I never have gone back. It actually is not a bad gas station and the store is very well stocked. And tonight I went back because I needed a quick bite. The staff had definitely changed as there was two very nice gentlemen and the food was tasty. I'm glad that they have changed things. But two star to a four star is quite a jump.”

“I had a good experience at this gas station. I was on my way to the downtown market and, as expected, parking nearby was impossible to find. A young employee at the station went above and beyond to assist me. He kindly offered to let me park my car at the station, which made my visit to the market so much more convenient.
