“This company had its rough times in the past, per the other reviews, but I have had them for almost a year and the service is impeccable! We had only one instance where our internet slowed to horrid speeds, I called, and although they didn't get back with me on it (turns out high call volume), they fixed the issue quickly! Fantastic signal in storms, the way they spread out their signal speed is amazing, and their workers are just fantastic to work with! So many friendly, hard working, and trustworthy people work here! I would recommend this service to anyone that has the ability to use it, much better than the Spectrum I had a while back!!”

“Been a Spectrum customer for many years. But lately we’ve been experiencing many outages and disruptions. And our price was about go up quite a bit…again. So we’re trying NKTelco. The installation was smooth and easy and Griffon and Max were quick and thorough. Both were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. So far we love the product and it is faster. No complaints!
Speed is better and picture and sound is clearer as well. Impressive and very pleased”
