“This company had its rough times in the past, per the other reviews, but I have had them for almost a year and the service is impeccable! We had only one instance where our internet slowed to horrid speeds, I called, and although they didn't get back with me on it (turns out high call volume), they fixed the issue quickly! Fantastic signal in storms, the way they spread out their signal speed is amazing, and their workers are just fantastic to work with! So many friendly, hard working, and trustworthy people work here! I would recommend this service to anyone that has the ability to use it, much better than the Spectrum I had a while back!!”

“I just switched both my parents home and my home over from Spectrum to NK Telco. Both installers were great to work with. They were very respectful of the property and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything and we didn’t even have to change wi-Fi passcodes on our other devices that were connected to our previous spectrum Internet. The Internet speed is blazing fast, and my parents are happy with their channel selection. Happy to be supporting a business located right down the road versus having to drive 50 miles to the nearest Spectrum store also.”
