I’ve had there services twice that included WiFi hands down worst WiFi I’ve ever had horrible equipment payed for 50 MB was lucky to even get 5 MB and when I would call I wouldn’t get any help

No service .. for 4 days over new years weekend .. customer support said the the technician on call will DECIDE if he feels like coming to fix the down modem that got serviced 4 days prior
