“I just had issues with my internet constantly dropping for a long time. When I called they immediately asked me some basic questions on my equipment, and put in an order, within 30 mins someone called back and got a technician on the way. Technician came checked service, realized it was an issue with my house wiring and had it fixed in 5 mins. I called at 9am problem fixed by 11am. Wished i would have called sooner 5 stars!”
