“Typically, I don't shop here, but when in the mall and not willing to make a drive to Boardman, I stopped. It's a bookstore, had what I was looking for, but the worker could learn what the word "No" means. I understand it's probably linked to sales, I get it, I work in retail too, but when someone tells you "no" for your membership, once is enough. I was asked 4 times to sign up for their membership, and it was increasingly frustrating finding new ways to say "no" politely. By the fourth time I wanted to push the books across the counter and leave. For the record, I had the membership, it was overpriced for what you get. I prefer Barnes and Noble if I had to choose (I miss Borders.)”
