“My usual drugstore recently closed, so I have been checking out HealthyRx. So far, I really it! I've filled a few prescriptions and gotten a vaccine. I don't think they have an app or phone system for easy refills, which is my only concern, however I believe they are working on one. Overall, I think this is a great local pharmacy.”

“If I could give these guys TEN stars, I would. This is a pharmacy where the entire staff prides itself on great customer service, including any information you might possibly need about medications, any educated recommendations on OTC meds, etc. They are patient, extremely kind, know their customers BY NAME, and treat everyone who walks in the door with courtesy and respect. They're efficient even though they're making sure you have all you questions answered, etc. There's a small-town feel -comfortable and cheerful. They'll help you in any little way they can EVERY SINGLE TIME. Go there for your meds or medical equipment needs - you'll see what I mean.”
“A family owned pharmacy is where you get the best customer care and Kahler pharmacy is the best, hands down. I've been coming to this pharmacy for 40 years. We moved away from the neighborhood many years ago but we still drive in to Toledo to get our scripts because they care about their customers. They treat you like family. 😊”

“I am always impressed at the pharmacy department at Rite Aid. They are always professional and very knowledgeable and upbeat. I have never had to wait very long and they act like they enjoy their job because they do. There is no other place in Bowling Green where I Would have my prescriptions filled. You can tell they have great hiring practices for all of their people.”

“I love Sam’s BUT the gas station needs some order. It is total chaos with cars allowed to come at the pumps from any direction. People get blocked in. It’s ridiculous. Learn from Costco! In and out. So smooth. All you need is a one direction in and one direction out.”

I have been to a couple other pharmacy’s years back and, got treated awful due to their pharmacy staff not understanding the importance of 1.customer service and 2. Advocacy. 3. NOBODY should feel badly or feel they have been mistreated due to their medication regimen.
I will Always come to this pharmacy. I have seen many of their pharmacists come and go….. yet, their standards are always reliable and they Do understand Ethics! Great pharmacy, I would give them a 10 but I can’t,
I will say that- Liz, Carrie and there is a newer pharmacist who I also adore! main reasons I come to this pharmacy, back in the day “Clayton” was the main pharmacist alongside another pharmacist who I cannot remember her name/ she was wonderful they all deserve a shout out! They work hard!

“My experience wasn't bad. Friend and I went together, just got seen for strep throat. My friend though wanted to pick up their anxiety medication and the old blonde woman in the pharmacy gave them a hard time. She was a jerk about it. I rarely leave reviews but I was really upset about the incident. My friend said they felt like she was being mean just to be mean. We will both make sure to take our business elsewhere from now on.”
“As a psych patient, having access to your medications is everything. My old pharmacy started to become unreliable to the point we couldn’t get things on time. Then we found Genoa, and it was a breath of fresh air. We needed a medication before the weekend that our old pharmacy couldn’t get. We changed pharmacies and had the script in our hands within an hour. Then they offered to put all my psych meds into bubble packs, making it easier for me to keep track of my meds. Melissa and her team are top notch. I’m so grateful we made the switch to Genoa!!!”

“The Pharmacy is a compact area in the back of the store by dairy. But it looks like they have expanded the rows and were well stocked on all their products. There were signs for vaccine registration but no lines. The area was clean and well staffed. The associate I worked with was friendly and helpful.”
“Like I already said before my other page Kroger's is the best not just because I used to work there but because all the employees are very good people. service is great. they have everything you need up there at the counter for customer service they have numbers being played cash back cash your checks add money to your cards or all different kinds of cards think you could add money to about three different cards, cash app, current, and some others but I've added to my cash app and my current. I've got money orders up there they have very very good quality and nice prices they got the cheapest bread they got the cheapest eggs in the city of Toledo right now they have the best deals especially for the holidays they always have the deals. I love to go up there and get me some donut holes and snacks and bread and they got the hot food, best selection of sea food. they have everything from beauty supplies to health products. Self-checkout is exceptional they have the new self-checkout as well where you can easily get cash back through self-checkout. I mean what more can you ask for you got everything you need right now Kroger's is actually the only grocery store that I go to Kroger's at Glendale and Detroit don't sleep on them your going to be missing out. And don't forget to swipe your Kroger's cards and add the Kroger's app to your phone for additional discounts. Kroger's best prices in the city Best value in the city.”
“I was at WalMart on Central Ave. I have COPD and it's hard on my lungs to wander aimlessly. I found a salesclerk on the floor and I asked her to point me the direction of lady's sweat pants. She immediately stopped what she was doing and walked me there. When I saw there were no red ones she walked me to another area. She was young and pretty and so altruistic. It's refreshing to see professionalism through courtesy anymore. I've gone through so much surly, insolent workers that it's still so rare to be treated so kindly. Her name is Kierra, and she deserves a shout out and I want to tell the corporate office of their valuable asset they have when they hired her. Thanks again, Kierra!”
