“I needed new workout shoes, because the ones I was wearing were five years old. So I went to Up and Running in Troy OH. Amie was fantastic!! She must have brought out 12 to 15 pairs of shoes for me to try on, looking for the one pair that fit just right. They even had a treadmill in the store so that I could see how they would feel walking on it. I finally settled on a pair, paid for them, and wore them home. Again, Amie was wonderful!! But I'm afraid I will have to return them, because they hurt my feet when I wore them to the gym. I will try wearing them one more day before I return them. All in all, though, Up and Running is an awesome place to look for good, supportive shoes, and I entusiastically recommend them and Amie!!”

“Wonderful experience! We visited in order to have my daughter re-fitted for pointe shoes. Wow! What a different experience we had compared to other shops. Terri was fantastic! She took such great care of my daughter and was so specific to her needs. She studied her bare foot, her dead pointe shoes, talked with her about her current dancing needs/struggles, tried various shoes until the perfect one emerged. We will definitely be back! This is a wonderful shop. This will for sure be our new go to for dance shoes!!”

“For the women it is great. A large selection of shoes especially sporty shoes and sandals. The only thing is there is not many shoes for business or corporate wear. I liked their clearance section too. My male family members were upset that the men's section was small.”

“Thank you to the Team at Red Wing. I had been having issues with trying to figure out which shoes would be best. My Knee Tendons, Hips and Feet themselves are all in misalignment due to Military Service. The Professional from Monroe who was helping the Store on SR 741 Dayton Mall.. was very personable. Measured my feet. Come to find out, 2 different size of Arch and 2 lengths of Feet. I was fitted with the Boot I chose and the Proper Footbed. I am so.. relieved. Thank you, Team Red Wing.”

“We stopped in here today to find a pair of shoes for my granddaughter. They have a very good selection of styles and the group them by size so it's easy to find what's available in your size. We found a couple pair and they had the correct size for both - so we bought both pairs. Service was fast and friendly. What's not to like?”
“Recently came in to buy some shoes for my daughter. Had a really nice employee help us out. We got a pair of school shoes, and my daughter loves them.
We were also looking for cheer shoes, and they didn’t have what we needed. The lady suggested that we check Dicks Sporting Goods. We did, and they did have them. Her having the thought and care to mention this to me actually saved my daughter from having some sore feet at her next game. I had forgotten there was a Dick’s store at this mall, so I wouldn’t have made that stop without her suggestion. So that was very much appreciated.
I wanted to write a good review because the young woman was memorably nice and helpful, very personable. She mentioned something about trying cheer herself, which confused me for a moment. I asked if she meant for a college team, and she was only a junior in high school! She was so smart and pleasant to talk to, it surprised me she was so young.
This store is doing very well and stands out among the others. I hope if the owner sees this, you can figure out which employee I am talking about. She mentioned that she plays Vollyball. I didn’t catch her name. She deserves some praise and a raise. I’ll be back to this store.”

“My family was heading home from a cheer competition in springboro and I was talking to my wife about new work boots. Then boom this gem of a store popped up. I pulled in and on the front porch I noticed a great sale on Rocky boots. I continued inside and the lady at the front desk greeted me with a wide and inviting smile. I asked where the slip-on work boots were due to the vaste selection they had. She asked quality questions and walked me directly to where I needed to go. There were many options but I just couldn't pass up the rockys out front. Thank you for such a great experience.”
