βIf you need boots stop here! The owner is old school, knows his shoes/boots and how to fit you properly!!! Very friendly also. Don’t worry if he is helping you and moves on to another person as he is a master at multi tasking. Five different people when I was in store and he handled us all by himself interacting with all of us constantly. I have had redwings for 40 years and used to old school service. That’s exactly what this store is. Stop by, you will not be disappointed!!β

βMy family was heading home from a cheer competition in springboro and I was talking to my wife about new work boots. Then boom this gem of a store popped up. I pulled in and on the front porch I noticed a great sale on Rocky boots. I continued inside and the lady at the front desk greeted me with a wide and inviting smile. I asked where the slip-on work boots were due to the vaste selection they had. She asked quality questions and walked me directly to where I needed to go. There were many options but I just couldn't pass up the rockys out front. Thank you for such a great experience.β
βMy daughter found both pairs of shoes she was looking for. Employee spoke when we entered and was helpful with his knowledge of store discounts to make sure she received the best deals. Thank you.β

βIf you like buying Nike shoes at a discount, try the Nike outlet. I also bought a couple Nike sweatshirts for $35 dollars. My husband said I stole them but nope that all they cost me.β
βThis store is amazing. It's like they have jeans like. You can't find Anywhere else. It's just a quality that you can't find anymore. Not to mention the shop owner is a complete delight.β
βGreat selection, staff and prices. Since itβs an outlet store they have some great deals, styles and selection which can be different than the J&M retail stores. Thereβs almost always a great sale around Fed Holidays and the store is one of the largest J&M stores Iβve ever seen across the US.β

βI've been going here for years and have gotten great deals. Stock changes frequently and they usually give out coupons for more money off. Sign up for rewards to earn and redeem more. One of my favorite outlet stores. Staff are friendly as well.
Update Jan 2025 still a great place. Clearance prices are really good.β
βEven tho it was kinda messy(because folks don't give a crap) its a good store with lots of space.
I don't recommend if you are 3xl and up since I only saw a few things in those sizesβ
βYesterday I received some of the best help from Kathleen and Jacob while shopping. Recently it seems to be difficult to get someone to help, or answer a simple question, while shopping brick and mortar stores, but these two KILLED IT! I’m not sure who the store manager is, but rest assured that both of these individuals made me feel welcomed and I left happy with my purchase. Thanks again!β

βOMG, I can't believe I didn't know there was a Hey Dudes store. They have such cute varieties that some I couldn't find on the Hey Dudes site. Look at these cute shoes. I can't wait until the boots come in.
My only issue with my visit was the one worker short with dark long hair Tiffany or Stephanie (not sure) is unapproachable and didn't even acknowledge me all the while I was in the store. I took off a star based on her lack of customer service. The manager was pleasant and very helpful though.β
βI love this store. The only way though that I can shop here is when they have a great sale going on, otherwise I couldn't afford it. I plan to go here for many years to come.β

βI LOVE the ladies working here! The store is always very clean and organized. They make me feel like they are my personal stylists. I always tell them what I need an outfit for and they come through! They will provide you with many different options- try them on! I always find myself pleasantly surprised with something I thought I would never wear. Also, check these stylish ladies out on Instagram! I love that they rock the seasons new looks. Thank you to all the staff for being incredibly helpful but not annoying or pushy.β

βThe store is large, clean, and well maintained. Prices are not outlet prices, but cheaper then some other stores especially for Nikes. I appreciate the points program too. It makes shopping for ever growing kids shoes a little better. I appreciate the different brands available as well. As someone who has one kid in adults and one in kids still it's nice to go to one place to buy shoes. Service is always great.β
βRecently we visited The Boot Barn at Mason Ohio. We were given excellent service and would like to recognize Sarah and Ben, who were very customer oriented and had a high skill set of knowledge about their products. βCame in for some door buster sales this am with my wife about an hour after opening. The line was all the way around the inside of the store. My wife had surgery earlier this week so she couldn't stand there that long. So I popped back in without her right before closing, I told the ladies about her look and they quickly helped me find 4 items that would be perfect. I came home and she is wearing 2 of the 4 right now... and funny enough she was online stocking most of the items I got her. Great people. Great store. Thanks for the personal help!β
βThe Asics store at Monroe Outlet is always a welcoming experience. You're greeted as soon as you enter and an associate comes to help. I try to pair my visits with one of their fabulous sales. If you can do that, you Won't be disappointed.
The last time I did, I walked away with two pair of G2000 footwear at one helluva price!! There's always a huge selection to choose from and even closeouts in the rear of the store. Get to ASICS, Get a Deal!!β
