“Best store visit. TRUTH From Ross was refreshing! He was respectful and attentive to me.I recently Paid off a phone that I had gotten through cricket. I decided to get a new phone. I was looking for the Samsung 23 ultra. I called several of the cricket stores in the area trying to find this phone. When i called one of the stores the employee told me they could order it. If I just wanted to come in and get one. So i was on my way when I was still calling area stores. So I called spoke to ROSS an employee there. He tells me they can not order it and that they no longer carry that phone and to call him back and let him know if they do ?. I got there HE HAD LIED to me! to get me there. When I got there in hooes of me buying an alternative phone! I left!I called Ross back Ross back and he said to come in and would hook Me up. He promised to be as truthful as he can be. I told him I just wanted somebody honest.When I get there the store is a really nice store.He's very polite, Friendly and very nice. He knows his products AND knows them well!Hhe knows what all of them are capable of. He was so much help me choose which one was best for me. he hooked me up with a good case and a charter brick that I needed for this specific phone. He's very intelligent.He watched my price so to stay under thr amount of money. He was very economical.He knew where to stop on the amount to keep me going to the next tax bracket.?He taught me things that I didn't know like, I didn't know that you have to use original cord that came with the phone or it voids your phones warranty. ROSS was an excellent salesman.with me. He is really really good. And Honest and very respecul.that's hard to find! AND He told me if you have any questions call him. And he MEANT it. He explained a lot I didn't know and different features. He explains things really well.I also got everything at a decent price. Not the phone I wanted but I'm OK with this alternative. And case. So Please, please if you're buying a phone. Go to this store and ask for Ross because knows his business. I highly recommend going there anytime you want to deal with cricket. I am in Xenia but it was worth the drive to need anything.A+ Seller Highly recommended That's the only place I'm gonna go from now on. Ross makes it worth the trip.”

I don't know if he's the owner or if he just works all the time but he takes care of us EVERYTIME with whatever we need weather it's a new phone in our budget to lowering our bill even after adding a line and service. I have been in the hospital a few times and got a little behind, I didn't show up when I said I would (couldn't be helped) and they worked with me since I never deferred any payments before and helped me to where I was caught up by paying just what I was able to pay. I know a deferral goes on at the end of the lease but they didn't have to help yet they did! Thanks!”

So we went Cricket and a really special person by the name of Willy PATIENTLY helped her for about an hour or more. He figured out that the app was an old app and found the correct one and waited for all of her 21 updates to finish them downloaded the right app got her set up for fingerprint access!!Thank you Willy you are awesome!”

“Walked in a on whim on a Sunday evening and a nice person (Dana) greeted us. We have had an account with ATT for at least 20 years. Our iPhone's were XR's and were getting a bit long in tooth. Started talking with Dana and she was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. We ended up deciding to switch over based on her explaining the options T-Mobile offered. Even after we said we were sold she kept telling us about the additional features AND savings. We ended up with 2 iPhone 13's (real 5G speed) and it ended up being $25 cheaper per month than ATT and with 100% unlimited. Plus Netflix, plus $200 gift card each plus Tuesday discounts, etc. Speed is incredible! Now we can listen to XM radio in car and work vehicle or Pandora. UNLIMITED. While we were there the assistant manager was helping 2 gentlemen - in Spanish. She did the number switch over right there and then and did the data change over from old to new on the spot. Left with great phones and service.”
