“My wife has a Metro cellphone account and her phone stopped working due to somebody at a different Metro store in Fairborn, Ohio basically totally locking my wife out of her existing smartphone.
However, I tried another Metro by Tmobile store in Dayton on Patterson Road and the person that works there, Abdoo was awesome! He fixed my wife's smartphone in under 45 minutes! He is the person I will go to at the Metro Tmobile on Patterson Blvd in Dayton for future issues with my wife's Metro smartphone. I feel bad the AC was out in that store because Abdoo from the Patterson Road/Blvd Metro TMobile store really did an excellent job fixing my wife's smartphone. Well done! 5 solid stars for Abdoo and Metro by Tmobile in Dayton on Patterson Road. Thank you!”

“Best store visit. TRUTH From Ross was refreshing! He was respectful and attentive to me.I recently Paid off a phone that I had gotten through cricket. I decided to get a new phone. I was looking for the Samsung 23 ultra. I called several of the cricket stores in the area trying to find this phone. When i called one of the stores the employee told me they could order it. If I just wanted to come in and get one. So i was on my way when I was still calling area stores. So I called spoke to ROSS an employee there. He tells me they can not order it and that they no longer carry that phone and to call him back and let him know if they do ?. I got there HE HAD LIED to me! to get me there. When I got there in hooes of me buying an alternative phone! I left!I called Ross back Ross back and he said to come in and would hook Me up. He promised to be as truthful as he can be. I told him I just wanted somebody honest.When I get there the store is a really nice store.He's very polite, Friendly and very nice. He knows his products AND knows them well!Hhe knows what all of them are capable of. He was so much help me choose which one was best for me. he hooked me up with a good case and a charter brick that I needed for this specific phone. He's very intelligent.He watched my price so to stay under thr amount of money. He was very economical.He knew where to stop on the amount to keep me going to the next tax bracket.?He taught me things that I didn't know like, I didn't know that you have to use original cord that came with the phone or it voids your phones warranty. ROSS was an excellent salesman.with me. He is really really good. And Honest and very respecul.that's hard to find! AND He told me if you have any questions call him. And he MEANT it. He explained a lot I didn't know and different features. He explains things really well.I also got everything at a decent price. Not the phone I wanted but I'm OK with this alternative. And case. So Please, please if you're buying a phone. Go to this store and ask for Ross because knows his business. I highly recommend going there anytime you want to deal with cricket. I am in Xenia but it was worth the drive to need anything.A+ Seller Highly recommended That's the only place I'm gonna go from now on. Ross makes it worth the trip.”

So very close to what we presented. He handed us over to Skylan . She took us through the process of transferring over from ATT, then switching our internet from Spectrum to T-fiber. We are saving in the neighborhood of $100 a month. Oh, didn’t need the latest iPhone 17, went from 11’s to 15’s. Great service, great, knowledgeable staff!”

After literally spending over two hours on the phone with Verizon trying to resolve an ESim issue without success, Tyler was able to fix everything within just a few minutes. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I was told I would need to purchase a new phone, which I refused. Thanks to Tyler fixing my ESim issue, I did not have to purchase a new phone.
