Even though I am leaving T Mobile, Marie was so helpful. She wanted to make sure my last interaction with T Mobile was exceptional. She achieved that completely. (hmmmm...should I really leave T Mobile?!!!”

“Best store visit. TRUTH From Ross was refreshing! He was respectful and attentive to me.I recently Paid off a phone that I had gotten through cricket. I decided to get a new phone. I was looking for the Samsung 23 ultra. I called several of the cricket stores in the area trying to find this phone. When i called one of the stores the employee told me they could order it. If I just wanted to come in and get one. So i was on my way when I was still calling area stores. So I called spoke to ROSS an employee there. He tells me they can not order it and that they no longer carry that phone and to call him back and let him know if they do ?. I got there HE HAD LIED to me! to get me there. When I got there in hooes of me buying an alternative phone! I left!I called Ross back Ross back and he said to come in and would hook Me up. He promised to be as truthful as he can be. I told him I just wanted somebody honest.When I get there the store is a really nice store.He's very polite, Friendly and very nice. He knows his products AND knows them well!Hhe knows what all of them are capable of. He was so much help me choose which one was best for me. he hooked me up with a good case and a charter brick that I needed for this specific phone. He's very intelligent.He watched my price so to stay under thr amount of money. He was very economical.He knew where to stop on the amount to keep me going to the next tax bracket.?He taught me things that I didn't know like, I didn't know that you have to use original cord that came with the phone or it voids your phones warranty. ROSS was an excellent salesman.with me. He is really really good. And Honest and very respecul.that's hard to find! AND He told me if you have any questions call him. And he MEANT it. He explained a lot I didn't know and different features. He explains things really well.I also got everything at a decent price. Not the phone I wanted but I'm OK with this alternative. And case. So Please, please if you're buying a phone. Go to this store and ask for Ross because knows his business. I highly recommend going there anytime you want to deal with cricket. I am in Xenia but it was worth the drive to need anything.A+ Seller Highly recommended That's the only place I'm gonna go from now on. Ross makes it worth the trip.”

“Exactly what I needed! I play percussion in my church's worship band. My 'go to' favorite instrument is my djembe. Last Sunday, my djembe's 25 year old head broke... I was mourning the loss of my faithful friend. Instinctively, I went to Guitar Center (where I had purchased it). Wow! totally awful experience. Hardly any stock and absolutely no employees to talk to. I googled music stores near me, called Hauer and was greeted with a pleasant, helpful voice. Upon entering the store... what a difference! Clean, organized, well stocked and several friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tried out a few and selected 'the one'. My new 'go to' is awesome. Later, I found out the sale price they gave me was less than it is available on Amazon! Great service. Great price. I'm happy to support local. Highly recommend Hauer!!”

“Excellent service. Went Above & Beyond to help me. I have been in the hospital a few times and got a little behind, I didn't show up when I said I would (couldn't be helped) and they worked with me since I never deferred any payments before and helped me to where I was caught up by paying just what I was able to pay. I know a deferral goes on at the end of the lease but they didn't have to help yet they did! Thanks!”

“Their photo center is always extremely quick and accurate! I don't think I've ever had a photo order that hasn't been ready before my quoted time. And you can always find deals online as well!
Their pharmacy is also great! I had lots of trouble at the one up the street on Springboro Pike near Meijer, and this one has been absolutely perfect since I switched!”
