Even if you show up for your appointment time your gonna be waiting i went inside and saw them offloading and receiving at the same time like you should finish offloading then start receiving the product

at the reception, the people are disgustingly rude and heartless, the second day I am waiting for them to unload me and they threatened me that if I ask again when they will take me - they will reject me. what kind of people are these… ?
