The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the section with the non dairy milk can be very bare at times and it's so hard to find someone to put more on the shelves. Regular milk has tons sitting out so you may not have to restock the shelves as often. Please have someone regularly checking on the stock that's on the shelves.”
“Yes, this is an older store that needs to be updated. The store’s QR systems is no where near as bad as Kroger Mason Montgomery. I had to police their pricing by going to customer service every visit.

“Review updated 11/17/25 UNPARALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE...I've been ordering from Centerwell Mail-Order Pharmacy for about 2 years. Their customer service is outstanding, and the staff patient, thorough and courteous. (I have Humana Insurance, so perhaps this is why my review is in stark contrast to some of the reviews here. Centerwell partners specifically with this type of insurance). Centerwell Pharmacy is even thoughtful enough to address me by my first name. I appreciate this. It fosters a sense of mutual support with their online service team.
Their ordering process is smooth and easy, and they offer competitive prices on MOST prescription drugs. One thing that stands out and shines the most with this pharmacy is their over the counter products. The quarterly allowance they offer is generous, and I'm able to order valuable products from their catalog that I need. Centerwell even informed me when their was a delay with one of my prescriptions. (It wasn't an issue with THEM. It was an issue with my hospital). I'm impressed by their business etiquette. They took the time to notify me by mail, otherwise, I would still be waiting for a prescription that would have never arrived.
On the flip side, taking prescriptions off your list is hard. I've asked 4 separate times to have old prescriptions remove, and they kept asking to fill them. Additionally, the length of time it takes for them to process, package, and ship out medication is fairly slow. It can take up to 8 days on average (but COULD take as long as 10 days) to receive your item in the mail.
Perhaps this is an issue on behalf of USPS, and not Centerwell, I'm not sure, but the top-notch customer service, unbeatable prices, and wonderful array of catalog products make the wait worthwhile.
(Updated part of review 11/17/24) Furthermore, while I'm satisfied with their overall service and prescriptions, the one thing that needs improvement their mail order, over the counter products 2025 catalog. I can't get one. THREE TIMES I HAVE CALLED since October 1st, for three separate ones, and it still hasn't arrived. The orders are not being placed, or porch pirates must be stealing them out of my yard. I don't know why there's a such a big aggravation trying to obtain one. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was given the run around. Told he would contact me in 3 days...that won't work either. If they don't have any more catalogs for the year, JUST BE HONEST WITH THE CUSTOMER AND SAY SO.....”
