Don’t recommend if you have a weak stomach towards smell. This places smells like bo and Cologne trying to mask it. The guy working literally looked like the front door alarm woke him up like he was sleeping in the back. Didn’t greet us had his head down on the front table while we tried to fill out stuff by ourselves. Didn’t end up purchasing anything mainly bc the worker was no help walked out and went some place else.

Two stars for kindness! Unfortunately, the man working wasn't able to help us because he had no authority. But even worse, the store smells like a toilet needs flushed. It's really bad.

For the last 17 years we had Verizon as our family phone service. Recently we had some issues with them and decided to look into a different company. To my surprise my husband stopped by the cricket store and was very impressed by what they offered. He was mostly impressed about how knowledgeable and honest Amir the sales associate was. Asked me to go and talk to him as well, before we knew it we decided to join! Amir made it extremely easy, his demeanor and knowledge is very impressive.Looking forward to using cricket for many years ? your loss version!

I didn’t even realize this store was in West Chester, but I’m so happy I found it! It is the only Cricket location I will be coming to from now on. Amir is one of the most helpful people I have ever met, and he was so patient answering all my questions about my phone upgrade. Because of that, I even bought another big ticket item from him! Great store with a great atmosphere!
