Two stars for kindness! Unfortunately, the man working wasn't able to help us because he had no authority. But even worse, the store smells like a toilet needs flushed. It's really bad.

For the last 17 years we had Verizon as our family phone service. Recently we had some issues with them and decided to look into a different company. To my surprise my husband stopped by the cricket store and was very impressed by what they offered. He was mostly impressed about how knowledgeable and honest Amir the sales associate was. Asked me to go and talk to him as well, before we knew it we decided to join! Amir made it extremely easy, his demeanor and knowledge is very impressive.Looking forward to using cricket for many years ? your loss version!

I didn’t even realize this store was in West Chester, but I’m so happy I found it! It is the only Cricket location I will be coming to from now on. Amir is one of the most helpful people I have ever met, and he was so patient answering all my questions about my phone upgrade. Because of that, I even bought another big ticket item from him! Great store with a great atmosphere!

Manar was the lady who was working when I went into the store today. I had just come from the doctor down the block or else I would not have shopped at this store. Boy, did I get lucky! She was amazing and worked incredibly hard to help me while also helping many others. She was slammed with customers but everyone left with a smile -especially me!She saved me a boatload of money, got me hooked up with a killer phone and saved me $40 every month. She deserves a raise. ?
