“I've been here a couple times, and plan to return again soon when it gets a little warmer out. My wife and friend love this place. My personal experience: I love this place. They have a selection of food, candy, mystery "grab bags", etc, that you won't find at any other store anymore. In the Autumn, they have fresh apple cider slushies that are only about $2 (I think, don't quote me) for a small cup, which I *highly* recommend. Don't leave this store without getting a cup. The last time I didn't get a cup of it, and I regretted it.
What I love most is that this store has a smaller, friendlier feeling similar to stores I went to as a kid. It reminds me of the old IGAs and other small grocery stores my mom would take me to in the 80s and early 90s, so it's also a nostalgic experience. I wish I didn't live the distance I do from this place because I'd make it a point to swing in on a regular basis, even if I didn't need to do any shopping and just buy an item or two. Just to have a reason to come here.
If you're in the area, just stop in and you may just find your new store.”

“Specifically, I want to give William a five star review. We have been coming to this Aldi for years, and the whole time we have shopped here William is the person who makes our experience so much better. He has such a wonderful smile and seems to genuinely care about the shoppers. My kids always say, “I hope our friend William is at Aldi today!“ When we do order pick up and he wheels our groceries to us he always greets us so positively and our kids look forward to seeing him. I just shopped there today and when I went to check out, William asked if I found everything I was looking for and when I told him I couldn’t find the fresh jalapeños, he asked me if I had checked in a specific spot, which I thought I had. As I was walking out with my paid for groceries, he got my attention and said “I found the jalapeños.” He brought the whole box to the front for me to choose from and the checked me out again. That is customer service, and saved me a trip elsewhere. Thank you, William, for making shopping at Aldi a great experience!”
“My favorite Aldi to shop at in the Cincinnati area. Very nice with lots of products available. Connor was an absolute wizard on the register. Scanned my $70 worth of groceries in about 10 seconds.”
“Aldi on Pleasant Avenue in Fairfield Ohio has a great location in the center of the city. Whoever came up with the idea of their 25cent cart deposit is a genius. Love the selection of produce, baked goods, dairy, canned goods, and their sale aisle.”
“Great place, friendly staff & always clean. I shop there once a week. Only giving 3 stars is because I tried the curbside pickup a few days ago since I was sick and needed food for the kids. So I thought why not try it, it was only a few items. One of the guy employees shopped for me and I was left with a smooshed old cucumber, old mushy asparagus, a can of beans that was absolutely crushed and chicken that was about to expire and when I opened it, it smelled soooo bad, oh and 2 out of the 5 oranges in the bag were straight up mold. It was like they pick from bags of trash in the back.
Aldi employee shoppers, please look at things before giving it to people. Food is not cheap. Needless to say that was my last time I will try curbside pickup there. Other than that the store itself is a good place as long as you go in.
****update, customer service reached out and refunded me for those items so I added a star.”
“This is a gem of a place to find niche products like speciality cheeses. We always love to buy the seasonal cheese Advent calendar and my husband especially loves their cheese curds. They also have a great selection of gluten free products, which myself and my daughter appreciate as we have to eat gluten free. Our favorite find here are the jumbo scallops, which are mouthwatering good! Don't forget to bring a bag or people to help you carry things though!”
“I just couldn’t quite give five stars. It’s very frustrating to have a listed phone number as the load I was on when I called the number each time I didn’t know where to go on my pick up. I have to look on Google for the farm. I was at and get the information from them That cost me about a half an hour. I sat for 12 or 13 minutes before I could figure that out. Not to mention I got here right before I was told at the end of the day, which was 3:55 pm
Went to the wrong door to begin with regardless I didn’t know where door two was. DAmian walked me out and told me it was at the other end of the building.
Realize we are 73 foot trucks. It is hard to make our way around time is everything we have no lives. Please figure out your prompt system. There are five or six of them. I chose two of them today. I could not get a hold of you guys and my brokers in the office could not get a hold of you guys . I’m taking away another Star. Please get this rectified. It be a perfect place. My doors are open right now and the garage door shut. It’s late in the day and I still have a green light. My product is not unloaded.

“You're not going to find another grocery store that consistently saves you money and you don't have to deal with the ridiculous coupon clipping or loyalty rewards stuff. They just price things properly from the start.”
