“I've been going to Wildfire since it opened and it has always been one of my go to places to get beautiful gifts for myself and others. I always recommend it to everyone I can. The atmosphere is what dreams are made of. It has so much soul and is such a calming space. I've loved seeing it absolutely thrive over the years. It's certainly on my main route when checking out shops in the area. Can't beat how sweet and welcoming the owner is too as are every single member of the staff. You'll sincerely miss one of the best shops in Hamilton if you don't stop by and check out both locations!”

I live out of town, and with that one meeting, Kristin seemed to understand my exact vision, even when I had no clue what I wanted! All of our save the dates, invitations, stationery, and signs for our wedding were perfect. Kristin really invested the time and resources into making sure it was exactly what we wanted! I can't even count the number of compliments we got on her work! I am so happy with our choice to book Kristin and, as a bonus, get to support a woman-owned small business!”

“An amazing addition to the arts and crafts that Hamilton has to offer. By far my favorite shop. You can Shop, create, learn how with classes/education and so much more. Knowledgable staff was a high for me as she allowed me to ask many questions. She had great communication skills as well as she helped with art, sales and still held a friendly chitchat with us all.”

“I placed an order early this morning for delivery today and after reading reviews, was a bit panicked on what my experience would be like. I tried calling 20+ times throughout the day to try to get some questions answered, even left one message - not expecting to get a call back. I tried to cancel my order online, trying connect to the live chat with no success and kept regretting my decision. Then the status changed to out for delivery so I got more hopeful. Then a few hours later, the store called me back to answer the questions I had and she was SO KIND!! She talked through all of it with me, agreed on a solution for the delivery, and the order was delivered successfully while we were out, as I had instructed them to do - and everything is perfect! The order is entirely correct, everything was fresh and well packaged and it turns out, I had no reason to worry after all. Maybe that's a rare occurrence based on other reviews, but I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely order from them again! I only wish the tracking was a little better and at least gave an estimated delivery window.”
