“Kristin delivered on every single detail we envisioned for our wedding stationery and day of signage! I originally was planning to either DIY my invitations or purchase a suite that was already designed. But with the long to do list, I felt I needed more support. I also really wanted our invitations to be a representation of our story and show our guests what to expect from our wedding. When I first spoke with Kristin she took the time to listen to what was important to us and was so friendly. She honed in on the details that mattered most and made them shine as a part of our suite and then also made sure it was reflected in our day of signage as well. We had pearls, rosemary, whites, creams, and blacks as part of our design. She incorporated pearlescent paper, sketches of our various venues, a wax seal with REAL rosemary pressed into it, and so much more. She made the design process exciting and painless. She made sure every small detail was perfect for us. As a wedding vendor myself, I will be recommending her to all of my brides. She has a forever cheerleader in us.”

I went in looking for something specific my daughter wanted- and while they didn’t have that (it’s a very popular item that is hard to find anywhere) there were so many cute items to choose from. The staff person working was so kind and helpful- she even wrapped my gift in a bag with tissue paper. I will absolutely be going back!”

“I live out of state and ordered two birthday deliveries for my daughter in Cincinnati. I ordered 18 days in advance in the event that the store could not accommodate my order and I could make alternate arrangements.
Delivery 1 was delivered on time; however, instead of a vanilla cake my daughter received a chocolate cake. After speaking with a store associate (and the GM in the background), I learned that the vanilla cake was not in stock so a chocolate cake was sent instead so that my daughter didn’t go without. While that seems thoughtful, had I been notified in advance I could have told them that she can’t eat the chocolate cake due to dietary restrictions. The GM agreed to refund my order.
Delivery 2 was delivered on time and exactly how I ordered it. My daughter looooved the chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple. And to our surprise, the store included vanilla cupcakes as a bonus! My daughter was super excited to get them and I appreciate the thoughtfulness and service recovery. Thank you!”

“It was a hot, hot day... 95 or so. The Edible Arrangement driver called us to say he couldn't in good conscience leave the fruit bouquet at our door and would we mind picking it up at the store. I'd bought the bouquet for my wife's birthday and didn't want all that good chocolate to melt off the strawberries! I really appreciated the call! Great product and great service.”
