Impact Fleet Service provides excellent and thorough service for trucks, vans, and cars, including general repairs, maintenance, and brake replacements. The staff is consistently described as helpful, friendly, and going out of their way to assist customers, even squeezing in urgent repairs. They are known for treating people right, with final bills sometimes coming in lower than the original estimate. This great place to do business with earns high praise for getting vehicles back on the road reliably and efficiently.
They do good work, but the service aspect has dropped significantly over the last few years. Not a real sense of urgency, you must keep on them for answers, etc. If you're not commercial or need timely repairs, then they would be great.
