At that point due to the person I was working with I never wanted to return (I have been a Verizon customer for many years). I Decided a week later to give it one more chance and was met by Darian. He went above and beyond. Darian reviewed everything with me, was very personable and helped me set up my new phone. Thank you Darian for the amazing customer service!!”
“My wife and I recently switched our cell service from T-Mobile to Spectrum. In addition to changing our service provider, we also upgraded our phones and needed some help activating our new phones and setting them up with our older Apple watches. We made an appointment and this resulted in little to no wait. Our primary support person was Shane and even though he was relatively new, he was very patient and helpful. We had one complex issue at the end and the store manager (Michael) stepped in and was amazing with his knowledge and commitment to make sure we had all of our issues resolved.
