Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend anyone to take their dogs to get groomed here. My dog had an appointment on Friday and they call me an hour before appointment and say they don’t know how that appointment was still available and I had to reschedule because they were too busy to get her in. Flash forward to today, I walk in and Cassidy was very rude from the beginning. I tell her my dog is a little matted and will need shaved. She feels my dog and acts like she doesn’t want to do it and then proceeds to take my dog to another groomer. They then say her incision isn’t fully healed after it’s been an entire month. My dog goes to Banfield right next door so I take my dog over asking if it is healed and they take my dog back and the vet tech comes out and says it’s fully healed and tells Cassidy that. Cassidy then says she can’t do it still. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer this way. I talked to the manager who was very nice, but still said we can’t groom her even after my dog’s vet next door told them she’s fully healed. I tell him so you’re telling me I can bring her tomorrow and they can groom her and he says “yes”. How does that make sense? A terrible experience and I will never be going back.

very friendly staff, I have recently been coming here to get some fish tank items/aquatic plants, gave great advice in the fish section and helped answer some questions I had.

All there is for your pet. Just have to wait fifteen minutes for the single cashier to check out everyone.

Terrible place, I walked in with my bunny and immediately got weird looks from staff. Everyone had an attitude and when I went to checkout I unfortunately didn’t have enough money for everything I needed and used 2 cards, got backlash from cashier. Sorry you’re working for a terrible company and feel inclined to boast the bad attitude due to the fact. If I need to continue shopping here due to location issues, I’m sticking with Bridgewater. Bye babe ?

Clean store. Found some good snacks for my dwarf hampster and a toy, but did not have a dwarf hamster size exercise ball that I went there for.

Best petsmart in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful. One employee tried to met my service dog that I had a leashwrap on even that said DO NOT PET.

Working there today in the grooming area there’s a young girl who very rudely turned us down for a nail trim. Even though those are supposed to be walk in. I nicely pleaded asking her if they were sure that they couldn’t get me in and told her that this was my last chance to get the dog there today. She responded in a very rude manner that they were busy and short staffed and proceeded to ignore me and continued to work. I won’t go there again.

This store is filthy. There are piles of dirt, dust bunnies, and dead crickets under all the shelves. The displays are messy and unorganized, and the animals have filthy cages. Especially the bearded dragons and birds. Most of the animals here look sick. I would shop somewhere else.

Seeing the dead/actively dying fish in the tank just made me sad and ma me lose the trust of purchasing any fish in the future.
