I was in and out in no time. The account was frozen due to the account holders death. I had the right paperwork. But Angela was the one who made things happen quickly. “I’ve come to this branch a couple times for various reasons. They are very efficient, explain things thoroughly and patiently. Today my car died unexpectedly. I asked one of the associates inside if they could help me track down some jumper cables. They did! I am very appreciative of the help and neither person weren’t in the slightest inconvenienced or in a huff. If I wasn’t so shy I’d take names and add them in this review. I guess that’s the thing about heroes though, they don’t seek recognition but are willing to help any time. You both know who you are, thank you thank you! I cannot be appreciative enough. Now I’ll go get my own jumper cables and a new battery. ”
