“Great hotel in the New Albany area.
Rooms are spotless and clean upon arrival. Access to the hotel is easy. Breakfast is very good with fresh coffee and staff providing a great selection of complimentary breakfast items. Front desk employees are curious, friendly and happy to assist with directions or dinner recommendations. This was stay #4 in 2 years and we will be back! Oh! Plus they have a hot tub!”
“Kudos to the front staff for assisting in resolving a billing issue. The hotel was very crowded due to a sporting event, so the I was in a room that was simply too loud. The associate tried to provide me a different room, it just wasn't going to work. A credit was worked through, and would recommend this property
