“Another stay at this amazing hotel! The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly! My 2nd overnight here. The staff knew I was coming in very late and assured me my room would be waiting for me without worry. It was a chilly night and upon arrival, the front desk staff offered me hot coffee and/or Hot chocolate to get warmed up and settled in! The room was perfectly clean and well supplied with washroom toiletries. The morning breakfast offerings were plentiful and generous! The breakfast attendant was cheerful and even made me an order of bacon because I didn't want sausage. Very pleased again! It is the perfect spot for anyone traveling to the Quest Center!”

The breakfast is for an additional $15 charge.While the wireless internet was advertised as free for email and web browsing, I encountered connectivity issues. Ultimately, I had to upgrade to the $9.99 plan to establish a reliable connection. However, the ample parking availability and effective soundproofing—ensuring a peaceful environment—were definite highlights. The heating and air conditioning systems functioned flawlessly, contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall, I am pleased with my experience at this hotel for business purposes.”

“Love the spacious suites, managers reception and breakfast. Best hotel breakfast out there! Bed was comfortable and room was clean with good climate control. Relatively quiet location away from the highway, but some airport noise. Front desk personnel were very friendly and efficient. I always request a room on the top floor, which was not accommodated for this stay. Bar tender wasn’t as outgoing as we are used to when we’ve stayed here in the past, but took good care of everyone there. We saw her the next day working at the convention center too. Poor lady was exhausted, burning the candle at both ends. Did the omelette bar this visit and it was delicious. Breakfast is definitely 5 steps up from a typical hotel. Snacks at the manager’s reception include fresh veges, hummus, chips and dip and cheese tray, fruit. Overall happy with this stay.Safety: I don’t think the hotel is in a bad area, but is near the highway and the airport. The nearby gas station has some interest people wandering around. We’ve never had any issues when we’ve stayed her either alone or with larger groups over the past 10 years, knock on wood, but would recommend being smart and aware of your surroundings, don’t leave valuables in your car and you should be fine. Parking is well lit.”

“Rooms are clean, standard affairs. Small flat screen. My only gripe with the room is the. mattresses here are very bouncy. Any time someone moves it feels like a boat rocking. The pool area is great. Nice hot tub, it didn't make me itchy. The 530 snacks and drinks rule, don't miss, plus it's really cool seeing a hotel's worth of people chilling in the lobby. They have a soda fountain and coffee available at all times. The breakfast is the best around. All around the best family hotel in the Columbus area. My kids love it.”

“We used Nationwide Hotel as lodging for our wedding and overall are very happy with our choice. The grounds and rooms are stunning and the amenities on site are top notch. Our guests commented that the breakfast in the Ohio dining room was the best hotel breakfast they have had. Our only pain point was that communication with the admin staff was often confusing and issues arose out of misunderstandings. But when the issue was brought to their attention they were quick to correct it.”

“From check in to check out, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. My king bed suite was incredibly spacious, immaculate and boasted a living room and a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries. The amenities include a gym with a rack of weights and several options for aerobic activity, a heated pool, and an office. The breakfast had everything you could want and several great grab and go options. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“We drove here to enjoy the pool and good breakfast upon arrival we are notified that the pump for the pool was broken and the pool is being renovated so the pool was closed. That was dissapointing. The rooms are nice but what saved it was the guy from the front desk. He was so funny so sweet. Breakfast was ok.”

There’s breakfast every morning and you can even get wine/beer by the glass! However, booking sites won’t inform you there is a $100/$150 deposit when you come in. A very nice place to stay.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU OWN A KIA. My car along with someone else’s got stolen out of their parking lot overnight. Their cameras were not working and they did not notify me of this. They busted my window, tore apart my steering column and took off while somehow the hotel workers did not notice. I had things in my trunk and if they had told me about the cameras being down, I would not have left anything in my car and maybe not even stayed there. The staff did not help me other than notifying police. I was not accommodated in any way and all I got was an I’m sorry while I waited several hours to be picked up.”

“I stayed here for work trip over 15 days, only thing was at night I could hear people walking upstairs all night, like if they was moving stuff around. Other than that rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. But they was always charging me money, didn’t understand why couldn’t they charge everything at once. Feel like I paid more than what it actually was. So just keep an eye on that but other than that Location was great. Would stay again.”

“This is a nice little quiet area some 20 minutes away from Columbus. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were lovely, and there's a gas station and several places to eat within walking distance. We stayed 2 nights and the cleaning staff were prompt about removing trash and replacing any used towels.And of course, the continental breakfast was abundant and delicious. Coffee and I believe tea is offered 24/7 including what they give you in the room.Thanks for the stellar stay!Walkability: There's a gas station, a KFC, an Arby's, and a Starbucks all within walking distance, and a Bob Evans just a bit further up. More places like McDonald's as well but across the highway. Lots of choices!Food & drinks: Full breakfast with vegan options. Cute little fireplace. I can imagine it gets cramped when they're very busy, however.Noteworthy details: They had a lamp that supported appliances/plugs from places such as the UK, so pretty thoughtful! We couldn't test them.”

They're a bit thin & on the smaller side, but the quantity makes up for it.The combination shower had excellent water pressure & bath products were pre stocked. Ventilation was also strong.TV & ENTERTAINMENTDated on the entertainment center, featuring a ~40" mounted Panasonic SD TV. “Location was 20 min outside Columbus. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful for my hot tea water in the evening. The pool was clean. My favorite was the fire pit area. Across the street from an Aldi and a Sheetz. New Albany town was really close too. My only complaint would be that there was no freezer in the room for ice packs. There was a fridge.”

“The reason for the low review: the health department shut down the pool on the first day of our stay and they didn’t fix it for the whole stay (Thursday-Monday), the beds were super uncomfortable, and the breakfast was ok but the eggs were very soft (maybe they were frozen, idk) and the baked goods were kind of stale. From shift to shift, the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. There was a sign about the pool being closed but second shift knew nothing about it and then first shift the next day also had no clue it was closed. The vending machines were also out of products. Also, the WiFi was horrible.”

“Family was staying there for my brothers parent's weekend. While I was in my grandparents room, the toilet stopped working so they had to send a plumber up. Since it was going to take a bit to fix, they were quick about getting them a new room and fixing the situation. Also thought the keycard digital key was pretty cool too.”

“Cashed in some points for an overnight stay at this hotel and like I told the front desk, this was the first time in a long time that I stayed at a hotel where I have zero to complain about. Rooms were spacious enough to have some privacy from the kids. USB outlets galore. Decent TV channels. And overall very comfortable.The best thing at this hotel was the breakfast we almost missed out on (we sleep to much). The fella that works there was very friendly and kept our coffees filled and kept taking our plates. I even heard another staff member tell him that she's heard nothing but great things about him.Overall, we felt very relaxed and comfortable as we stayed in this very clean and relaxed atmosphere.”
