Kroger is a popular grocery store that offers a wide range of quality food and household products from well-known brands. While the store generally maintains a good selection and helpful staff, some customers have expressed frustration with inconsistent customer service, lack of availability of certain items, and the increasing reliance on self-checkout. When I entered the front entrance I had to cover my nose and hold my breath. Big time second hand smoke pouring through the cart entrance into the front lobby entrance. Let’s get this smoking section moved. It’s horrid.

A grocery store MUST have a manned checkout lane open at all times. This store often has only self checkout open. This is totally unacceptable. My review for this location would be 5 stars, if not for this one issue.
