“The reason I came to this store today was to search out a new phone that best suited my style. As I came into the store I was greeted immediately, and advised that the agent would be right with me, which I appreciated. When an agent became available I was given all of my options, cost, and different options I could do. He asked me what I needed: what I liked and didn't liked. He explained everything in detail while writing it out for me. I never felt rushed and enjoyed a conversation while my data was being transferred.
