“Best screen repair shop I've ever been to. The manager was super helpful, very knowledgeable about the technology of my phone and repaired the screen in an under an hour. I highly recommend getting any phone repairs done here.”
“Sara at the North Hamilton Store in the Stoneridge plaza was so wonderful. I recently tried to get 2 lines added for my kids first phones and the online chat was horrible. Sara was able to get exactly what I wanted and needed and set us up quickly. I really appreciate her attention to detail and her willingness to help us get the best plan and deal available. Highly recommended seeing her at this store.”
“Good customer service. The guy in store held a phone for me because it was the last one of that kind in stock and my other phone had stopped working on me. I love my new phone.”

“Atlantis did a tremendous job to configure and optimize all of the smartphones for our family. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. Few things in modern society are more important to family communications than an efficient mobile telephone network. I highly recommend that both small and large families utilize the Gahanna, Ohio location to set up their family networks.”
