I was very surprised when they said I just had a loose connection an my bill was less than $100. This is a situation where they could have screwed me over easily but they were honest and it made my week!”

“Grismer showed me wonderful customer service!! It was the first time going there. I had an emergency. I had a flat tire while on my way out of town on a Friday. They fit me into their schedule, ordered me a new tire, put on my spare so I could be on my way. The new tire arrived Monday. I received a call to tell me it had arrived. I went in and they installed it and reset my automatic settings and I was on my way. All at a reasonable price! I highly recommend them!”
