“Grismer showed me wonderful customer service!! It was the first time going there. I had an emergency. I had a flat tire while on my way out of town on a Friday. They fit me into their schedule, ordered me a new tire, put on my spare so I could be on my way. The new tire arrived Monday. I received a call to tell me it had arrived. I went in and they installed it and reset my automatic settings and I was on my way. All at a reasonable price! I highly recommend them!”

“I just had an oil change and they did a tire rotation as well. My Honda has a very overly sensitive air pressure sensor. I was out in London ( Madison county ) to drop somebody off at work. My low pressure sensor flashed on my screens. So I pulled over at an auto store in WEST Jefferson.
You're never sure if it's an actual flat tire. I didn't want to get on the freeway at late night. So I went to Broad st. I cruised back srreets all the way Easton mall and then home. I went to bed, I figured I'd wake up and check my tires. OXFORD AUTOMOTIVE WAS ACTUALLY OPEN! THEY were so nice to me. Pulled my car in the shop and checked the air pressure in my tires.

I'm so glad I found this place, not only did I get a oil change, they gave me insight on things that may be a issue down the road. Kylie and Jamie didn’t push me to get the work done, just a bit of information for later on.
What really made my decision to come back is while I was waiting for my oil change I saw something on the wall that many companies now a days are all about the money and not the customers. It's nice to see a company with old values where customers are more important than making a buck off of them, so if you want excellent work on your car done and done right I highly recommend this place.”

I was pleasantly surprised when they installed the new battery I had in my back seat and what they charged me was more than reasonable! I had to bust their chops even more because I was so happy!

“Great customer service and sales support. I purchased a complete kit front/rear and new brake lines for my 1962 Impala. installation was relatively simple but having a mechanical bone in your body helps tremendously. Had some hiccups along the way like a bad bleeder on the rear caliper and master cylinder but because of Dustin in customer service and his assistance in testing the system it was resolved quickly. I had my new parts within a few days and the results were satisfying. The car stops perfectly and feels awesome. Best advice I can give anyone is read the instructions carefully and don't be afraid to ask questions. I recommend you ask in advance for Isolation instructions, e-brake instructions and proper master cylinder bleeding technique. Very satisfied with this company!”
“Took one of our work trucks there it had a problem that nobody else could fix. Not only did they tow it for us but they worked on it found the problem replaced our starter because the starter motor that I'd already gotten replaced got burned up because a compressor unit the AC compressor was seized and they replaced the AC compressor the serpentine belt and checked our tensioner and replace the starter and check the battery charge and towed it for a very reasonable price so I'm very grateful to these guys and I'll definitely bring our company trucks there and our personal vehicles again. They treated me and my guys like family and I definitely trust them.”
“I came to Tire Discounters for a tire rotation, rebalance, and a flat repair. When I arrived, Andrew looked at my vehicle and told me they could take care of the flat repair and rotation.
About an hour later, Austin called me and explained that my tire tread was very worn and that, because my vehicle is AWD, I would need to replace all four tires. Austin took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me make an informed decision, which ultimately led to me purchasing four new tires.
I appreciate Austin’s professionalism and knowledge. However, it seemed like Andrew may have missed the condition of the tires during the initial inspection. In the future, I would prefer to have a technician thoroughly inspect the vehicle before making any decisions.

“Took our truck in at 3pm on a Thursday. We told them to check a few things and anything else they felt should be looked at. Within a few hours they called to say the lines from the transmission were bad, too. It's always cheaper to fix things early on. Still had it ready to pick up within 24 hours. Excellent service with honest recommendations of needed repairs! Will always go back to them.”
