“I had an incredible experience at FedEx, thanks to Neche. She was absolutely amazing, professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly goes above and beyond like she did. She made a complicated process feel easy and stress-free. FedEx is lucky to have her on the team. Thank you, Neche!”

“Five stars all the way! There’s always another team member stepping in to help when one or more people are in line. I never had to wait more than a minute to get helped. They are efficient, friendly, and very conveniently located with plenty of parking. I love the fact that they have a notary And shredding also. Haven’t used those services but will in the near future. There’s also right by door parking in case you have a heavy large package.”

“Went in this morning because Verizon was saying I didn't return my equipment 9 months ago. Needless to say, that receipt is long gone. There were 2 friendly gentlemen there working the counter. I asked if they could help me and Al Hanini went above and beyond. He literally hand wrote out 10 tracking numbers for me. Excellent customer service.”

“I’ve had an excellent experience with The UPS Store at 829 Bethel Rd in Columbus over the past 6 months. I recently moved here from Texas, and I can honestly say that I’ve had a much better experience at this location than at the stores I visited in Texas. I regularly visit this store for shipping and returns, and the team is always welcoming from the moment I walk in, even when they are busy helping other customers. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help. They have been especially helpful with returns, including Happy Returns, when I occasionally lose or don’t have my return barcode. The staff is patient and always does their best to help me. I also really appreciate how quick and efficient they are. They process my shipments and returns without wasting my time, which allows me to get back to my other work quickly. I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for reliable shipping, professional packing, quick service, and excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team for consistently providing such a great experience!”

“Absolutely wonderful. I had a baby shower in Columbus and traveled back to Charleston, SC not able to take everything back with me. I was never worried though, because Craters & Freighters was at my side! They made it so easy to get my gifts to me not only quickly, but in perfect condition also. Thank you C&F team for making my experience so wonderful and easy!”

“Much better than the Post Office and UPS! You can get a notary, even at the same time you're doing anything else. Print shipping labels with postage, give printed receipts with tracking numbers & confirmations (and/or email them), etc. I can't think of anything they don't have or can't do. Fast, to the point, and friendly. GO HERE!”

“I place an order for wrapping paper. It was the viral customer order going on TikTok so I knew they were backed up. I called day later to check on the progress of my order and the associate placed me on the top of the list for my order to be picked up. Amazing experience! I will be ordering from them again.”

“9/22/25: Eric is an easy going guy that assisted me with booking the Uhaul reservation. He informed me that they’re a 24 hour location so you can pick up whenever needed through U-Haul’s guided process. They carry some packing supplies and have dolly’s if needed as well!!!”

“Convenient drop-off spot, since you can park in the college parking lot. I have come to drop packages off a couple of times, though, only to find it stuffed full with bundles that are obviously too big for it and should have been taken to a full-service location (I get it; I've also found myself at the same box wishing my package would just fit). Last drop off is the same for Ground and Air services: 7:30 pm, Mon-Fri.”

“They need to change the name of these sites. This one was inside a Walgreens with no signage that had a FedEx operation. I stopped in to ask where the OnSite was. My GPS had me in their back parking lot Once inside everything was great”

4151 Executive Parkway, Westerville OH 43081
“As another reviewer pointed out, the box is out on the main road by the one of the entrances/exits of the parking lot to Titles building. It is placed on the passenger side but not close enough that you can reach out. You will have to park and walk up. Most people park right next to but it is technically no parking on that side of the road. Good location and daily pickup around 4-5pm”

“My neighbor's Fed Ex always ends up inside a CVS etc. I would be nice if you were told this somehow so You're not looking for a free standing building. The CVS I visited didn't even have a sign outside!!”
