“I would like to personally thank Peri at the Easton Town Center location in Columbus Ohio. I had been keeping an eye on this watch that I really wanted and was going to pick it up when I was in town. The plan was that I was going to order it online and do curbside pick up because the website offered a coupon when you sign up for newsletters etc. When I went to the website to place the order it said that they were out of stock. Imagine my disappointment. However, when I called, Peri said that they did, in fact, have the make and model that I wanted in stock and she would be happy to hold it for me. I explained to her that I had an online coupon and for how much and asked if I could apply that in the store. She then told me that there was a better discount that she could give me. When I arrived to pick up the watch, Peri also took a couple of the links out for me so that it would fit perfect, engraved it and gave me a free tin to keep it in along with a better discount than I would have got from the website. A+ customer service and a VERY high quality watch. Thank you Peri.”

“If you are looking for a quality jeweler, exceptional service and a gorgeous showroom in the Columbus area then Krysty’s Designs is for you! Shortly after becoming engaged I noticed my diamond was lose. I brought it to a different jeweler who was rude and refused to work on the piece. In a bit of desperation I found myself at Krysty’s; the in house jeweler diagnosed the problem with the ring and explained in detail the process to remedy the problem. I felt confident leaving my ring in the hands of this shop and was called back in before my expected return date! When I got my ring back I immediately noticed it was buffed and cleaned, looking better than it did coming out of the box! Krysty’s will be the only store I trust with any future repairs and I hope to design my fiancé’s wedding band with the amazingly talented jeweler. I wish I could give the experience more than 5 stars!”

“10 June 2023: Got three watches repaired here and on of watch has been down for about two years... and al ll of them have been survived and now working..I have went to Dakota Watch Company on four occasions, which each time I was very satisfied with the service. I brought in my Bulova watch to get the battery changed and it was done within twenty minutes. This is a normal time frame for a vendor due to other commitments that they may have. The warranty is two years which I always keep the receipts if my watch stops before the time the warranty runs out. Each battery wear in about 18 months which I expected... two years is stretching the battery life but if it goes out the far I am well appreciative when I go back to get it replaced. The customer service is in par with the type of environment and commitment of the repair.”
