“Shane was amazing to work with. Service, quality, price and most importantly the person were all 5+ stars. I was on a tight timeframe, and ordering from out of town, but Shane made it happen with time to spare. More businesses these days need to take lessons form Alexander's and Shane. This is how a businees should be run and how people shoud be treated. Thank you Alexander's!!”

“08/13/2025 - Picked up my jewelry that needed repairs and met another owner. Thank you for your work on my damaged pieces and for making me feel welcome. 08/06/2025 - Picked up my wrist watch and met another owner. Thank you for making me feel welcome. 07/26/2025 - Before visiting Star Jewelers, I called them about some items I needed repairs for. The staff member requested I visit their location for a consultation. Once I arrived, I was welcomed into their modern chic space. They have contemporary secured encasements for their jewelry. You have to be buzzed into the business I presented my pieces that needed cleaned, that needed repairs, and a wrist watch that needed new batteries. I was informed that the work can be completed in a week or two and that I would receive a call. On this day, I met one of the owners who fixed and cleaned one of the pieces on the spot. Thank you. Also, thank you to Becky. Limited and tight parking out front for a fee. Nearby street parking also for a fee, and also nearby parking garage for a fee. Prices contingent on the service requested.”

“Hello! I worked with Sam today at the Polaris location. I was looking for a bridal piece for my daughter. I explained my daughter’s style and she gave me so many options that were all beautiful and helped me decide. I had already walked out of 3 other stores because the consultants were pushy and were more concerned with a sale instead of what my needs were. I purchased because I felt like she cared. Great experience.”

“I have been an customer for more than 20 years. After a few bad experiences with the Polaris location, I told myself I would never go back. Well, I did. I went to the Easton location and had an encounter with Gabi the store associate. She was very patient, informative, and pleasent the entire time I was there. I learned about the membership, and how to clean my the items I already own. Overall, Gabi made my day”

“I've had the opportunity to visit this establishment four times and each visit has been very enjoyable (and I've purchased three pieces and two straps from them!). The staff is very freindly, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the various Breitling pieces. I live over 100 miles away and have three AD's locally but none of them match the selection and experience that you get at Breitling Columbus Boutique! I highly recommend a visit!”

“Swarovski stores have such beautiful wide selections of creations in most price ranges. Sales people know the products and ask the right questions to get the perfect gifts for you. Even better than a Jewelry store. Very pleased with my shopping experience at Polaris shop.”
