“I was looking for a bank to use for a small business I will be starting . As soon as I walked in I knew I wanted to bank here. Everyone is so nice and willing to help . Does not matter how small or big your account is or what you would like to do . I watched as they treat everyone that walks through the door like family . I was shocked to hear so many people addressed by name as they walked in and the small talk that was made. It’s very homey and has a very comfortable feel the moment you walk in the door . I have not felt this way or seen this type of interaction from a bank since I was a child and would go to the bank with my grandparents.”

“I've had a business checking account at this Key Bank well before it opened (was at different location, got moved when they opened this one and closed other one). Obviously if I kept it this long I've been satisfied. Today, I had an issue with my account that was 100% my fault (transferred incorrectly). I called, admitted my error and explained the situation to the manager I believe named Jen. She had to do some "stuff", make some calls and eventually fixed it for me. Did not have to do this as it was my fault. I didn't tell her my screw up was because of a personal medical emergency that happened because I didn't want the bank to do anything under "pity", just wanted to see if they could take care of just because.They did and I can't say how much I appreciate it. I would recommend this branch or I think they call center to anyone.”

“NELLI, you are super kind and so caring of your customers!! I do not bank with chase but every time I come to this branch Nelli has a smile on her face, soft spoken and takes care of my needs. I am a coin collector and most banks (even my own bank of 14 years) denies me buying coin rolls or tells me they can’t give me bank wrapped coins because they have to get rid of customer wrapped coins first. Ive gotten too, many customer wrapped coins and they are in horrible shape or like always they are short. Nelli goes above and beyond to get me what i am looking for even when the other bankers claim to not have the rolls.”

Went back and opened up a savings and checking account with him today, he really want above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explain everything in great detail!
