I've rented several things from them over a 13-year span between this store and the store on South High Street, both had outstanding manager and staff.Now, Robert has been the general manager of this store since I've been coming here, and all I can say is " phenomenal and appreciative," he is, as well as his staff. At one point I was unable to pay my bill for a month because I was on disability and they had to do redetermination. With Robert's help he reviewed my account and gave me the best possible way to help me out until they release my disability payment. And I here to say, I'm still a customer, a very happy, satisfied, here-to-stay customer, because of the five-star ?????customer service that Robert and his team provides.Please note that I have paid something off early, as well as used the full term. And with that being said, the quality has always been excellent, in great condition, good price, and problem free.So I would like say quality service of merchandise 5?????, quality customer service 5 ?????,Staff 5?????, promptness in getting back to me or answering the phone 5?????, having merchandise or product availability/what they have in stock. 5 ?????, quality of the store is always clean, not cluttered, and always stocked each time I've come in 5?????. And yes, sometimes being on a plan can help, and that's what the monthly plan did for me 5 ?????In my review, I'm commending Robert of his excellent, awesome, and outderstanding contribution he gives to Aaron's store here in my community. “We just went out, to meet with Home Depot looking for something to spruce things up and we took the granite on the spot. Plus they installed it all in one day. It was great. I think it was in the morning and we had it by afternoon. We love it and they gave us lots of information on how to care for it. They didn’t tear up anything that we had in the process. Their price was good. The quality was excellent; just like as it was in the showroom. Then we went and we were using the Ultra Premium Behr paint so we took a shutter in and they were able to match the color perfectly and after we brought it home and we have even painted over some of the other old trim and we can't tell it as the color matches perfectly and the quality of the paint was there and consumer report has been rated top for a long time, so that is why we chose that. We have really found the color matching to be wonderful. The service was wonderful. The price is comparable. When we like the stuff, and don't mind if we need to pay more either.”
“Mr. Blanchard made my vacuum work like new! I have a shark vacuum, starting to get in the older side, and the brush roll stopped working. Mr. Blanchard fixed it all up for $100. Feels much better to fix what you have than throw it in a landfill and buy new. Highly recommend this company!”

“I'm crying my eyes out as I leave this review. My oldest brother was diagnosed with lung cancer. He was starting chemo so I thought it would be nice to get him a lift chair. Around this time, my husband was fighting a terrible bout of Covid. I ordered my brothers chair via Menards website and thought it would take a while to arrive so I'd have time to take care of hubby. NOPE! That bad boy was there lightning fast. I called the store in a panic and spoke to a very kind gentleman named Tony. He assured me he would hold the chair. Today, my brother is moving into his forever home. I pray to God that he'll be there for a long time. I looked on the website, and it showed I was past the pickup time. My heart sank to the floor! His chair was gone! I called the store. I got a manager who located Tony and this amaaaaaazing human had held the chair! This kind of kindness and thoughtfulness guarantees we will continue to shop Menards! Thank you so much, Tony, for being a man of your word. May God bless you and yours!
