“This is a great location and Tom’s place U haul services is great. I did the reservation on the app and in less than 30 mins was there to pick up the truck. He was quick and explained everything to me. The truck was clean and working great. The only issue is that a 15 ft truck should have a rear view camera to facilitate reverse which was lacking in my truck. Other than that, great services”

“This Penske is THE BEST truck rental company of all the rental companies I called, both with the rate provided and the STELLER customer service. Phil provided ALL the answers I needed at the very beginning and throughout the process, as I am renting one way with a car carrier, dropping off in Dallas. Phil genuinely cares about his customers, and so do the others helping with rentals- Ariyanna and Andrew. There is a Penske closer to where I live, but I will rent from this location! “We unexpectedly showed up to their shop after noticing something looked wrong with the hitch/trailer we had just picked up in Roanoke VA. They immediately identified that the Roanoke store (on Williamson, do not go there) installed the hitch improperly and was detaching from my car frame. They also noticed the wiring was laid on my exhaust and melted, and there was no heat protection around the wiring up to my battery. They immediately got my car in the shop and fixed the issues. Great customer service and greatly appreciated help.”

Although the parking lot/dropoff area was a little tight and confusing to navigate, dropping our vehicle off at this location went extremely smoothly. We were checked out by Gary, who was very friendly and professional, adeptly handling multiple questions/issues coming up while also taking care of us. Unless we can find an alternative adequate location closer to us, I would certainly rent from this location in the future, if needed.”

“Was able to rent a cargo van same day. The lady helping us was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the instructions for returning the van after hours was not very clear. It kept saying to scan the qr code, but that didn't do anything but pull up the app. It wasn't until I went to a specific link that was by the front door (not where you drop off the uhaul) that I was able to complete the return.
The cargo van was the perfect size to move 2 couches, a s 2 dressers. We were able to get it in one load. Van was clean. No issues.”
“I recently had a flat tire on my work truck. I called Penske Obetz and spoke with Andrew about the tire repair, unfortunately he didn't have a replacement on hand. I asked if roadside service would be able to come and replace the tire. He said he would make some calls to see what he could do. After only about 15 minutes, my phone rang, Andrew said he found a tire, and he was sending someone to my location for the repairs. Great! Within a half hour, Caden arrived, changed the tire while answering my questions, took the time to show me the nail in the tire and was just a all around great guy. Thank you Andrew and Caden for all your help and getting me on my way so quickly.”
