“Outstanding customer service from Cody and Phil. Especially impressed with Phil’s management style — insists that his employees (clean, business casual attire, well groomed, friendly and polite) receive all the credit as he buzzes nonstop in the background setting them up for success. Premises and equipment were spotless, full tanks of diesel and DEF, and they even threw in tie down rope and an appliance dolly gratis. The truck beds are a lot higher off the ground than U Haul, but the road feel is so much better. A great start today to a 900mi move. Definitely got I paid for. Penske knocks it out of the park. “I recently had a flat tire on my work truck. I called Penske Obetz and spoke with Andrew about the tire repair, unfortunately he didn't have a replacement on hand. I asked if roadside service would be able to come and replace the tire. He said he would make some calls to see what he could do. After only about 15 minutes, my phone rang, Andrew said he found a tire, and he was sending someone to my location for the repairs. Great! Within a half hour, Caden arrived, changed the tire while answering my questions, took the time to show me the nail in the tire and was just a all around great guy. Thank you Andrew and Caden for all your help and getting me on my way so quickly.”

“Extra Space storage on Main & Robinwood is a well kept and managed facility. The staff has always been friendly and responsive. The introductory rates online are great. The units are easy to access unlike other places I’ve been with poor paving and narrow lanes.”
