“I’ve been coming here since about 2018. When I went for a rotation a couple years ago, the wait was abysmal even though I made an appointment online. So I rotate them myself.Today (1/27/24) I went in for all new tires. They met me by my car and got me started right away. They asked if I wanted them to check the alignment(yes of course) then I was surprised to find I had to pay extra for the actual alignment. Wait what? I bought 4 new tires and alignment is extra? With tax it was $96 extra. So I’m the future, I’ll shop around more and keep that in mind”

With all the issues going on in my car, they were able to not only fix it but they did give me updates as well so I wasn't just in the dark about everything.
