“I would like to share the positive experience I had shopping here. I recently had surgery and am getting back into adult ballet classes. I have tried taking classes in typical activewear, but I find it impacts my performance. It feels like my movement/turnout is more restricted in traditional activewear, and I can’t see my lines to make corrections. That solidified to me that wearing a leotard is the most functional option. That being said, I was extremely nervous about walking into a dance wear store and trying to find leotards big enough for me.
The staff were extremely helpful with finding my sizes and offering to look up a product if they did not have my size in the store. It truly felt like a nonjudgmental experience which I really didn’t expect. I look forward to going back. This is the only place I will go for my dance wear needs for the foreseeable future. The teenager working there was extremely professional and kind, as well as the other lady who helped me. Thank you so much!”

“The ladies here just saved my life! Unfortunately I had to quickly sell a large portion of my COACH bag collection at the last minute for my dog’s eye treatment and other emergency bills. It couldn’t wait so I did what I had to do! I was shocked at their initial low offer but after talking with the manager (I cannot remember her name for the life of me, so sorry!) about the offer I had just received the day before from a different employee, she was able to work it out for me and I left with the amount I was expecting. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re in a serious crunch for money and need it fast. Otherwise, please know you will only get 1/3 of what the item is valued at so I would try selling on Depop or other platforms first.
Also, if you leave the store while they’re checking your items, you’re automatically agreeing to whatever they offer and I don’t believe you can get your items back if you decline. I had never heard of such a policy ever in my life, it’s very odd… but I just sit on the little bench and wait patiently. 😊
& They don’t have auto sliding doors or even PUSH to open doors even though people are coming in and out with baskets lol Lucky for me one of the ladies seen me coming in and held the door for me.

“The curation of this place is phenomenal, I have never been in a store so intentionally put together. Every piece being sold feels like it was picked out for a reason and has something special or unique to it. Even the things I don't like feel like they would be perfect for someone else. Every single article of clothing I have purchased from here has gotten piles of compliments from coworkers and even random people in the street. Justina is such a joy to talk to and makes every customer feel valued. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you get, not even considering how much work it must take to curate such a high quality collection.
I could go on and on about how lovely this little basement boutique is, but it goes without saying that I recommend this place to anyone asking me where I get my clothes from. If you're in the area, go!!”

“They seemed to be 50% off now. But pay attention how the item is ringing up. I recently made a purchase that rang up $15 dollars more. I purchased the same thing weeks ago but unfortunately may have thrown my receipt away. And for whatever reason after the issue was resolved (her saying she had to get an override authorized but I know she's the manager?) she tore off the perforated part that had the cost on it.
Don't get too relaxed with their new pricing. Pay attention....”
