“My laptop computer crashed. I don't mean there was a software glitch, I mean I recklessly and violently exposed the machine to Newton's third law of motion. It wouldn't boot. I took it to Target PC and they quickly diagnosed the hardware issues and possible remedies. They also let me know I could get the thing working again without an expensive replacement part with the pros and cons of that solution. I now have a working laptop at a much better price than I anticipated. I won't hesitate to trust them with any future computer needs.”

“We purchased a new TV from Mentor TV and had them install it on the brick above the fireplace in our home. The professional installers were Paul and Sam. They did an outstanding job. Paul and Sam were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They had to install wire mold to conceal the wiring. We were very pleased with the final appearance. They covered our flooring with protective pads during the install and removed all packaging when complete.
We would highly recommend Mentor TV to anyone considering having a TV installed in their home.”

“I needed a wireless modem whatever you call those things I was moving and shipping wouldn’t give me the timeframe. I needed to get my Internet up so the person I spoke with on chat with T-Mobile said what if we can find one in a store near you I said that would be great, so they found one real close to me. I went in there get it set up. I had to download the app, T-Mobile Internet. However, I couldn’t remember my Apple password somehow it triggered some kind of lock on my phone like it was stolen so I had to come back and an hour. I came back Marcus was who waited on me. He was very very patient very very understanding put up with me showing pictures of my grandson all the time. They found a workaround and I was able to get my T-Mobile Internet set up. All I had to do was plug it in very very good. Customer service can’t think them enough.”

“I typically only go to Costco for a few things I love.Coffee~Kirtland k cups, the seasonal pumpkin pie, cheesecake, Pho, roasted chicken, turkey pot pie.Today the cheesecake looked odd. Like it wasn't finished. Also almost everyone had an earth quake crack on top. Please don't ruin this beautiful, tasty bargain. It's one reason I got a membership. It has always been a crowd pleaser.Also the burgers in meat department no longer taste as good. I don't buy them anymore for that reason.Giving up letting us use Discover after mid November 2023 is also a big disappointment.Ok I'm done.”
