“My laptop computer crashed. I don't mean there was a software glitch, I mean I recklessly and violently exposed the machine to Newton's third law of motion. It wouldn't boot. I took it to Target PC and they quickly diagnosed the hardware issues and possible remedies. They also let me know I could get the thing working again without an expensive replacement part with the pros and cons of that solution. I now have a working laptop at a much better price than I anticipated. I won't hesitate to trust them with any future computer needs.”

“My elderly parents were having trouble with their TV. Even though they didn't buy their TV from Mentor TV, they somehow got the number for there and my dad called asking for help. The lady who answered the phone tried helping them work things out and then when I got on the line, tried to assist me as well. She gave us some advice on things to try. The TV did get sorted out in the end - Dad had switched some cords around by mistake (thank you, helpful lady at Mentor TV! Your advice helped me rule out a lot of things, and I was able to figure out the problem much sooner!)
It was just so nice of her to try to help my parents, even though they weren't even customers. If you do buy a TV from here, I am sure that the staff will be terrific and supportive, so I would highly recommend this place!!”
“I was in town visiting friends for a few days when my charging port on my iPhone 8 finally gave out . The repair guy I usually use back in PA was hesitant about repairing it previously so when I was told they would have it done in an hour I was amazed. He is a very calm demeanor was very knowledgeable and new everything he was talking about. He made all my issues go away effortlessly. He definitely deserves kudos for being the type of manager he is his customer service is spot on!”
