“I bought a 2013 Passat new in 2013. Prior to purchasing this car I researched the safety protocols implemented into VW vehicles. I must say the reviews did not disappoint! To date in 2024 the only repairs I ve had done were routine maintenance. I ve replaced three batteries, ONE overall brake replacements, two new sets of tires, one fuse, and recently a fan for my heater system and of course routine oil changes. Thats it in 11 years! No other repairs were needed after multiple inspections. I ve truly been made to believe in VW German engineering. Also may I add the paint job on my car is still outstanding and shines like the first day I drove it off the lot. I m keeping this car until maximum mileage is reached. Thank you Eastside VW for one of the best vehicle purchases I ever made.”

I went to get a pre-inspection on a car! I called Saturday morning, with little expectations of getting seen. However, I was pleased to be seen on such “short-notice.” I will say, Dustin has a phenomenal customer service skills, both over-the-phone and in-person!
Dustin had a calming and almost energetic tone, desiring to help me and other customers that I observed! Nevertheless, the pre-inspection went great! The mechanic (and Dustin) kindly showed me what future work needed to be done and personal insight on the car’s condition! Overall, a pleasant experience!”
“Wife & I went here for Memorial Day sale!!! We did find a vehicle that we liked, but I had a rusted trade in!!! All though they couldn't take it, they tried their hardest to make it work!!! David had only been there a couple weeks, and sales manager was outstanding!!! They appreciated our time & patience, but they did all the work!!! Would highly recommend & they are still looking for something to work out!!! GREAT JOB FOLKS!!!”
“They will fix your car but, it will be more expensive than a local mechanic. If you get service done here make sure you keep up with your parts and vehicles warranties, if you know you know. The staff seems friendly and are interested in helping you get your vehicle fixed. They seem friendly to people of color and will always suggest opinions to buy a new car with them. If you're not knowledgeable about what is wrong with your vehicle don't go by yourself and have a general understanding what is wrong with your vehicle or you will get taken advantage of. Lastly, ask lots of questions about what is wrong when they come back to explain your repairs. If you're looking for a place to get scheduled maintenance done like oil change, schedule inspection and tire rotation this is the place for you. If you're looking to get major work done, I would suggest shopping a round first with a trusted mechanic.”
