It’s still going strong with 311k miles and I credit both my stepdad and Bill for its longevity! It probably also doesn’t hurt that it’s a Toyota. I started taking my own vehicle to Bill shortly after and can’t say enough good things about his fair pricing and honesty. Great customer service from Holly and not to mention she explained everything to me. Very outgoing and she definitely knew what she was talking about. And I'm not sure what the one mechanics name was. But he was very tall. Lol. He also explained a couple of things to me. And answered a lot of my questions.I don't know about you, But it seems to me that a lot of places are in a hurry to get you in and out. Without totally explaining everything. “Originally went here looking for willoughby automotive which is a different business but Mike has his telephone number now since the other place closed. Kinda came here on a whim. I had my WIFE call him because I was busy at work. Some mechanics will try to charge women more because they think they don't know any better. Mike originally quoted us for $650 for a sunroof motor replacement. It's lengthy labor on a newer Escape. He got us in promptly and even dropped my wife off back at home upon dropping the car off. He called us back the next day and said labor was less than expected and would be $150 cheaper. Done in 2 days and cheaper than expected. If you're looking for a mechanic in the area, mike is your guy. We are elated. Now if I could get my wife to quit leaving her sunroof open when it's raining I'll be a real happy man.”
