“I had a little bit of a brake emergency 20 miles or so from home. Everybody here was super nice and a pleasure to work with. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and were able to do a complete brake job on my car in a day (without any advanced notice). Everybody here is super knowledgeable. The price and diagnosis were spot on, and I look forward to coming back for any repairs and services I need from now on!”

“Quite frankly you'd be foolish to go anywhere. Honorable, honest, fair pricing... not able to say enough good things. After much needed repairs ( I was almost without a car) Bill pointed out something that would have resulted in a wheel that would fall off, causing injuries. I had heard good things about 4th Generation and it was so refreshing to see it first hand. Customer for life”

They made the buying experience genuinely enjoyable, and I highly recommend Steve and the team to anyone looking for a vehicle!”

“First time using Prince Tires, but I will tell you they got a repeat customer. I called up, asked if they had the right tires in stock, they did. I asked how much and I was shocked to see how great of pricing they had on new tires. I was thinking I would get that price for used! Asked if I could come in right then and there, and they said that they could slip me in. I got there and 20 minutes later I had my new tires installed and balanced! Great service, and efficiency! Never going anywhere else for tires!”

“Originally went here looking for willoughby automotive which is a different business but Mike has his telephone number now since the other place closed. Kinda came here on a whim. I had my WIFE call him because I was busy at work. Some mechanics will try to charge women more because they think they don't know any better. Mike originally quoted us for $650 for a sunroof motor replacement. It's lengthy labor on a newer Escape. He got us in promptly and even dropped my wife off back at home upon dropping the car off. He called us back the next day and said labor was less than expected and would be $150 cheaper. Done in 2 days and cheaper than expected. If you're looking for a mechanic in the area, mike is your guy. We are elated. Now if I could get my wife to quit leaving her sunroof open when it's raining I'll be a real happy man.”

They also helped me load in my old tires that I didn’t get rid of (you can get a refund of the tire disposal fee at the membership center) into a truck and got this huge bug off my car that I’ve been scared of for like a week ?? Thank you so much guys!”
