Good bank, good customer service but their app only works during business hours

They FROZE my accounts and left me and my elderly mother without food shelter or transportation on a trip to California. They don't work weekends and wouldn't tell me why they took everything offline. They positively screwed me! We trusted them with all our resources. NEVER bank with these people!
