“Through an agreement I can use Firefighters Community Credit Union (FFCCU) through shared branching that allows me as a member of a different credit union that's out of town to use FFCCU's services as if I was a member of FFCCU. I have never had a bad experience working with FFCCU and appreciate that they have helped me make large deposits, get money orders, cashier checks, count coins and treated my kids well when they've come in to bank.”

Once I moved to lake county I started going through this one and my whole opinion on them has changed! Kim especially has helped me not only understand more about banking but she truly shows concern and care for her clients! Because of Kim I don't want to bank with anyone else! “I see a lot of negative reviews on this branch, and can understand why. It is an insanely busy branch since they closed all the Giant Eagle locations. They do have staff and a lot of tellers, but the sheer amount of traffic is insane. I just learned to try and come at an off peak time, and never have had any issues with anyone in this branch. The five stars is for the staff there who handle this amount of people every single day.”
