“First time at this branch and any Citizens Bank. Promptly greeted, little wait time and Maureen was great with setting up new accounts. She made sure online access and debit cards worked before we left as well.”

“Through an agreement I can use Firefighters Community Credit Union (FFCCU) through shared branching that allows me as a member of a different credit union that's out of town to use FFCCU's services as if I was a member of FFCCU. I have never had a bad experience working with FFCCU and appreciate that they have helped me make large deposits, get money orders, cashier checks, count coins and treated my kids well when they've come in to bank.”

“After having some issues with 5/3, the 'customer support worker' was one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. He addressed my problems with the bank, and restored my faith in the organization. If you do have an issue with 5/3, I highly recommend reaching out to their support team, I'd be shocked if they couldn't find common ground with you.”
