“This is my favorite USPS post office in the area!
I'm not sure if she's a manager or the main postmaster, but the woman who appears to be in charge of this location is absolutely amazing and so so knowledgeable and friendly!!!
Both her and the other employees go out of their way to help customers.
I go to this post office regularly, but I also go specifically when I'm confused about what other post offices have told me or about what the online USPS says, and they always help me figure it out.
They're also very efficient and keep the line moving. I'm usually in and out within five minutes, at most 10, even if the line is long. It's rare to find employees that are simultaneously so professional, so knowledgeable, and so nice.

“This is a USPS office of a city that is 1x1.5 miles, I am surprised to see so many complaints on here. The staff does their job and works hard, they take care of people fairly quickly, there are plenty of self-service machines in case you need to buy stamps or envelopes.”

“The post office can be anxiety inducing. The one cashier / clerk here (clerk 48) is amazing though. Very helpful and nice every time. They do have one of those self serve kiosks in the lobby though if that's easier for you (also available off hours).”
