“I do not like going to this Giant Eagle! everytime i go theirs always issues! they would not take my refund of just a couple od things because it was a online/delivery order and the customer service desk told me they cant do my refund cuz they dont do those! another time i waited a while in the selfcheck line got up and was told i cant use it cuz i dont have a advantage card! I didnt see any signs about that”

“I'm a regular renter out of the Wickliffe and previous Euclid location. (Four stars is for my most recent rental.)
The new location is pretty cool. New pull in lanes for drop-offs, much roomier office and waiting area. Looks to be they will eventually have a large stock of cars like mentor has always had. (No after hours key drop off yet, so be sure you ask about that or else you'll have to drop the keys off the next day.)
So I expected that things would be as they usually are, turn-key easy-peasy. Not quite..not yet.
This time was a bit longer for a ride, long periods on hold, a specific vehicle request apparently made the transaction more difficult for them to fulfill. Which delayed me more (my taking me to mentor to pick up my car ?... Which I did not know until they showed up to pick me up). They could have told me that on the phone.
BUT...in the end, I have to say, Darah (pronounced like Sarah) took very good care of me and all worked out well. ?? (Or else they would have had one star on this rental experience.)
I'd say have patience during the transition from two locations into the one Euclid building. Ask confirmation questions to make sure you're clear on everything, always read the agreement on the tablet before you sign, and in the end hopefully it will all work out like it did for me.
They are trying very hard to take care of their customers. I've never trusted any other rental car company (and yes, I tried others once or twice at the urging of a relative). I stand by Enterprise, as long as they take care of me. Which they did.”
