I spent a full day running around to stores and making calls to the AT&T support line to slowly untangle everything. Friday, my mom and I went up to try to get the last part resolved and one of the techs was able to get my new phone fixed and old phone trade in, in a matter of minutes. What a relief! Do yourself a favor and just come to the corporate store first.”

“I’ve been with Atnt for years my experience if that location was one of the best I ever had. I had to use that location because my phone wasn’t working properly because my husband had major surgery done at Cleveland clinic and my phone wasn’t working properly. I should’ve gotten an update nine months ago when I was eligible for it, but I didn’t. Candace made it so easy for me to understand all the new iPhones and was patient with me while there was other customers in the store and she was the only sales tech there she handed herself like a pro.
