“Needed a couple of tires for my Corvette, but was leary about taking it just anywhere. The owner took extra care when putting it on the lift to make sure it would not damage anything and used a touchless tire machine to remove and install the new tires. We very informative in explaining the process. Definitely recommend them for your exotic car needs!!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Smolic Tire. I was in town visiting family from Orlando and needed to get an oil change done on my sister-in-law’s SUV; she was in the process of giving birth that day, so I was happy to help out and get it taken care of for her.
From the moment I walked in, Mary took great care of me. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and she even remembered my face and greeted me by name when I came back to pick up the keys; which was impressive given how busy the shop clearly was that morning. The whole process was smooth and easy, and I was in and out quickly (I only took longer because I stopped for breakfast down the street).

“I brought my 2000 Mercedes-Benz ML430 to the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Euclid Ave after noticing a coolant leak and a warning light that kept coming back on. Service advisor Kelis and technician Paul did a thorough job diagnosing the issue — they ran a complete vehicle inspection, cooling system pressure test, and starting/charging test before pinpointing a failed inverter cooler pump and coolant system leak. They kept me informed throughout the day, explained what was found (including a wet spot under the car and low coolant level), and walked me through the repair options before moving forward. The team replaced the pump, flushed and refilled the coolant system, and had my SUV ready the same day. I appreciated the transparency on pricing and the courtesy battery check they included at no charge. Would recommend this location for anyone needing reliable diagnostic work and cooling system repairs on an older luxury vehicle.”

I want to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism I experienced at Conrad’s. I was grateful that the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and investigate the source of the noise. For that reason I am glad to share positive feedback about customer service I received, while noting that the issue ultimately did not not require an extensive replacement as originally discussed.”

“To be honest I went there a 3 months ago and just left because of the workers I dealt with were so rude and only wanted my money
I figured I heard they have NEW MANAGEMENT and workers so thought I would give them another chance due to folks telling me it changed
I spoke with the people and customers there and was informed they came in there and cleaned house of everyone from Management on down due to customer service and ripping people off for work not needed so I figure I would give them a chance again because I needed new tires.
The service I received and the price I paid made me very happy I went back in and tried again.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for fast and polite service at a great price and they DO care about their customers.
Don't think twice about finding out for yourself this place really DID change.”

“I went to that location to find out the last Take 5 in Middleburg on Bagley left my oil cap off and drove that way for 1 math which could have been bad but coming there at that moment they made sure everything was good to go so I left feeling comfortable because I do long freeway driving which I could have been stranded or even worse locked up my engine and then no car.”

“Excellent Mechanic. They are super polite and so respectful while discussing the issue and its fix.
They are so approachable and will answer all questions without a single grin on their case.
They fixed my car on a very reasonable price point and went over and above to fix the issue by their resourcefulness.
David reprogrammed the replacement part from Scratch saving me a week’s worth of wait at a dealership.
They did the work in just 1 day as promised.
Exhaust replacement, EPS rack pinion replacement, brakes/rotors on both axels, alignment.
