“Came here for an oil change and fluid refill. I got here about 8 am and only Keith was there. He was polite, professional, and quick with his service. I got an oil change with an extra 3/4 qt for my Fusion, fluids refilled, he checked the air filter, replaced a seal free of charge, and even put air in my tires for me! I had a long drive for the day so I was very appreciative of him. I absolutely will be back and recommend this Take 5 for any quick oil change/fluid needs! Thanks KeithService: Oil change”

“We scheduled an appointment online. We were a bit nervous when we arrived and we're told they had our appointment down for a different day (even though we had text and email confirmation for that day)... but that is where the confusion ended. Every other aspect of our experience was above and beyond. They called when they said they would call, they didn't try to force unrequested service. They even emailed us detailed photos and descriptions of what work needed done asap and other things that were recommended, but not urgent (but not in a forced sales pitch way). Overall a great experience! Even the work they did, they had a repair not replace approach. I will definitely use them again.”

“Yeah, everything was good, loved how they checked the fluids and topped them off after. it was very affordable BUT don't let them try to hustle you into buying all the extras. My oil pan was not leaking and they tried to sell me this o-ring sealant stuff because "i had a minor leak". I get my car checked out very frequently and just so happened to watch a documentary about oil change scams weeks prior to coming here. NOT SAYING THEY'RE 100% CON ARTISTS, but these places give their employees incentives on any additional charge they can get out of you. Just go in there for your oil change and that's it. “Came up on a Saturday for an oil change. Collin & Nate did an awesome job. Super thorough and detailed. Also I had a previous coolant leak, valvoline was unable to do the exchange after trying for 30 minutes. These guys took care of it & flushed it twice, properly. “EXCEPTIONAL OVERALL. Great management and friendly staff. I had a blowout on the freeway on my trailer, so I drove on my flat there. Although they didn't have tires for trailers, he offered several places that sell tires. They even let me keep the trailer there overnight till I returned with a tire, and they even installed it for free. I can't say enough about how helpful they were and how nice they were. I will be purchasing my tires there for my vehicle there for sure.”

“I have been getting my oil changes at take 5 for well over 2 years. Maybe more. I recently went out of town. Needed an oil change on my new vehicle. Sought out a take 5. Specifically got my oil change. Great services as usual in Toledo Ohio when I came home. I just wanted to get a top off to ensure the long miles hadn't taken up too much of my oil. I was told at a take five that I normally go to in Cleveland heights Ohio or South Euclid. That because the take five I went to was outside of their district or region. I would have to get a new oil change in order to be in their system. This is so inconvenient inconsiderate of the company itself towards the customers, especially those who have been loyal customers. I chose to give them my information to start a new file for my vehicle but I will not be returning at all. Thanks a lot for the other years of service. Take five. This is something your company truly needs to look at and revise.UPDATE******SO.... I called the store in reference to where I had my issue and the manager himself completely explained what the ongoing corporate issue was as I can only respect it as a consumer but he did go above and beyond to rectify the situation. For now, until something happens different with corporate, this will be an ongoing thing, but I overly and utterly appreciate his openness and willingness to review my issues. Speak to me about it and try to rectify within his control. This is definitely one of the reasons why I have been going to take five for so many years. Nothing can be perfect but they have always been great in the past when it comes to customer service and their service overall that they offer with great deals!Thank you to the manager is the South Euclid Take 5!”

“Visit was quick, workers were friendly, and there was almost no wait time. However, this place is extremely expensive. I would highly recommend just doing oil changes yourself. Just go to Walmart next door, look at the oil cap of your car to see what kind of oil it uses, then you can find much better oil and oil filters in the Auto section. It usually costs half as much to do it this way. Save yourself 40+ bucks and do it yourself.”
