“First time using Prince Tires, but I will tell you they got a repeat customer. I called up, asked if they had the right tires in stock, they did. I asked how much and I was shocked to see how great of pricing they had on new tires. I was thinking I would get that price for used! Asked if I could come in right then and there, and they said that they could slip me in. I got there and 20 minutes later I had my new tires installed and balanced! Great service, and efficiency! Never going anywhere else for tires!”

Finding a new place to tow the vehicle, printing out info about my car along with sharing recent issues they have heard about my make amd model. All without charging! I was shown kindness the several hours I was there waiting. I wish this was my local shop!”

“I woke up to a flat tire and went to Costco where I was told I couldn’t get in until December 19 which was eight days away. I needed my car fixed immediately and my front passenger flat repaired. I pulled into tire and wheel automotive service center on Mayfield Road and Dave Huff was incredible! Literally took my car back immediately to inspect and repair it! I would recommend this shop to anybody needing tire and wheel service. ! I should include that I was on my way to Mr. tire down the street, but the girl who answered the phone there was beyond disrespectful, unwelcoming, and extremely rude, so that’s how I found tire and wheel! The Rude woman at Mr Tire was a blessing in disguise!”

“I brought my car into the NTB Mentor location yesterday to have the rear driver's side tire checked due to a slow leak. The salesman told me the computers were down, that they were backed-up due to that, and the wait time would be ~2 hrs before they could bring it inside to look at it. I decided to leave my car and walked over to a local restaurant to have lunch.
After lunch I walked back over to NTB and sat in the waiting room. I watched through the window as my CR-V was brought into the bay and the technician quickly located the shiny nail in one of the grooves of the tire that caused the leak.
After ~15 mins, the leak was repaired and I went up to the front desk to pay. I looked at the salesman in disbelief when he told me that the repair would be NC, since the computers were down and I had to wait so long. (He even told me that he had moved me up the list to get me in sooner.) The salesman's only request was that I write a positive review about the store on Google and that is exactly what I am doing. Charge or no charge - I would go back to NTB Mentor location without hesitation for the service.”

“I had my car towed here because, I had a questionable charging problem . I was thinking maybe alternator, but turned out to be my 2 year old battery took a dump . They charged battery twice ,and checked voltage of battery,alternator . Rick was super helpful,and honest with my battery replacement. They are pretty booked up but squeezed my car in . I will definitely keep them as a shop I will take my car too when its beyond my mechanical capabilities.”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Smolic Tire. I was in town visiting family from Orlando and needed to get an oil change done on my sister-in-law’s SUV; she was in the process of giving birth that day, so I was happy to help out and get it taken care of for her.
From the moment I walked in, Mary took great care of me. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and she even remembered my face and greeted me by name when I came back to pick up the keys; which was impressive given how busy the shop clearly was that morning. The whole process was smooth and easy, and I was in and out quickly (I only took longer because I stopped for breakfast down the street).

“This place is so good! They could have taken my money and given me two tires for the back of my car. Instead the guy told me the tread is really good on all your tires still let me take a look at the tire and see what's going on with it. It is a rim leak and a valve stem leak. 30 bucks to fix both instead of having to buy new tires!
