We were a bit nervous when we arrived and we're told they had our appointment down for a different day (even though we had text and email confirmation for that day)... but that is where the confusion ended. Every other aspect of our experience was above and beyond. They called when they said they would call, they didn't try to force unrequested service. They even emailed us detailed photos and descriptions of what work needed done asap and other things that were recommended, but not urgent (but not in a forced sales pitch way). Overall a great experience! Even the work they did, they had a repair not replace approach. I will definitely use them again.”

“A few moth back I took my truck to the dealership for a routine oil change. They said I need an alignment and it would cost $199.00. I called around and NTB was much cheaper. I brought my truck in, they ran the alignment on their equipment and there was nothing wrong with the alignment. The cost was next to nothing for then to check it for me. Today I brought my truck back in for an oil change, they got me in with no appointment, and they were fast and efficient. I have found my new car care shop for my car needs.”

Euclid Firestone is fantastic.My only suggestion is to fix that huge pothole at your entrance/exit driveway. That crater is a tire eater for sure. Maybe that's a good business model for you guys though lol.”

“I initially met Jordan/ co -owner on a service call thru Progessive, I was having a problem with 1 of my 2 vehicles, the first one was beyond repair and he was very honest with me about that instead of offering services that would not only be expensive, but pointless. Then my daughter was having a problem with her vehicle and not only did they repair it at a vastly lower price than she was quoted at another shop, she was back on the road within a couple of days. THEN my 2 and main vehicle had a possible major problem and not only did they give a great diagnostic, they were able to repair something that could have potentially been really bad.
