“My husband and I just went in here today.
I think you’re supposed to have an appointment set but they got us right in, less than an hour before closing.
The guy who helped us (curly mustache, I don’t know his name! lol) answered all our questions, was patient, very helpful and helped us create just what we were looking for my custom necklace.
They even had a few toys in there to keep my 2 year old busy. ?
Cannot wait to receive my first custom piece of jewelry!!!

“My first experience at Facet Jewelry & Pawn in Milford. I went in to see about getting a chain clasp repaired. Mike K. waited on me. He was the jewelry repair person. He was ever so kind and professional. I explained I was in need of the repair by Saturday as a gift for my grandson in Florida. He said he could get it done by Friday. Then went ahead and did it while I waited since it was just a soldier the ring closed repair. He did a wonderful job and even polished the chain for me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated him doing that, it saved me another trip during a very busy time of year for me. Kudos Mike and thank you so much!”

I've never gotten good customer service out of them .. If you need a pawn shop that cares I recommend you go see Steven at the Montgomery road one !! “Went here with another couple and we enjoyed it for the most part. My husband and another both had the steak hoagie. He had the mushroom sauce on his and LOVED it and Sharon had the marinara sauce on hers and she said it was okay. They both had the onion straws and said there were excellent with the sauce that came with. I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and it was spicy, which I really like. Hubs said my nose was sweating quite a bit. Bob had the Philly Cheese steak and fries and really liked them as well. The waitress mentioned they had recently changed to home made fries. Both Bob and I said they needed to be more crispy but otherwise tasted good. The business is big square footage wise but there wasn't a lot of people in here at the six o'clock hour. But the food is good and the service people were nice and didn't hound us. It was a good meal and would come back again sometime.”

“Despite finding the email saying the ring was done and ready for pick up four months after the fact (no fault of theirs, I had a lot of spam emails from colleges that it got lost in), I reached out and they still had the ring available for pick up or delivery! The person I spoke with over email was very kind and patient as well as very quick to respond (sometimes responding just minutes after I emailed them). Even when I realized I wouldn’t be able to get to the building on time to pick it up before closing, they offered to stand outside with the ring since I didn’t live too far away. All the employees that I interacted with were very kind and understanding, and now I have a beautiful and well made ring with a graduation cap shaped ring box to accompany it :)!** Reminder, this all happened in one day and was four months after the ring was originally supposed to be picked up!”
